The service was terrible, I tried to order through doordash but I had to cancel my order because no one confirmed it, then we arrived we waited for 20 minutes when the lady told us 5 AND IN THE WAY she gave us the wrong order, the truth is it wasn't worth complaining about so we give them a cake ?

I am a regular customer at the food place, and I have always ordered Toddy's Milk Shake. Today the Shake was watery with no taste. When I notified the owner of this situation, she did nothing about it and simply told me that they have always done it this way. What bad service.

Today I ordered through UberEats for the first time in this place, my order was some guava and cheese tequeños or so I thought, "they were some", I only received 1 and a medium size but smaller than large, the price was d $5.18 seems expensive but it is not the price that is what it is about, but that they must specify that it is for each, because I was very disappointed when I only received 1 and I paid $14 to have the delivery made by Uber, if I had known what it was 1 I would not have paid for it, they should change the photo (since they look like 4 or 5) or be more specific in the description.

I gave this place a 2 because the customer service was great. The food was terrible. I originally went to get the churros because I've had them once before and loved them. When I arrived I saw an ad for the chicken tenders so I added them to my order. The churros were great and I would order them again however, the chicken tenders and fries were terrible! The tenders and fries were dry and overcooked, They also had burnt pieces of food stuck to them. I could also tasted the burnt grease. I spent $13.99 on food that was not edible. Very disappointed. I had to go elsewhere for dinner

Until today I was a customer, I asked for a chicha without ice and YES they put ice in it thinking I wouldn't notice, it was so watery that it didn't even look like chicha, by the way I paid 9.73 how crazy, they also raised the prices in an absurd way practically double some tequeños at $14 ? And the quality dropped by half.A was a client until today, I ordered a chicha without ice and they still put ice in it hoping I wouldn't notice and it was so watered down it didn't even taste like chicha and even after all that I still had to pay 9.73 which is way more than what it was actually worth.The prices were also twice as much as last time, I was also going to buy some tequeños and they were $14 it was unacceptable.

Visiting from Orlando, we ordered the chicken tenders! it was the best fried chicken, comes with waffle french fries, the most amazing tinny fried arepitas, and a Cobb salad…. I was eating pollos arturos (salad included) with arepitas de tropi burger …. POLLO DE ARTUROS! we had a moment… #IYKYK…

The worst chicha I have ever had :( I was very disappointed. Don't buy chicha, you will waste your money. Go for Katy's Venezuelan flavor, it is an eminence.
