Visited this location this past week and was pleasantly surprised. I was invited for a birthday dinner so we were a large group. The food came quick and the service was exceptional. The nature of this restaurant is known to be a loud atmosphere, so be prepared for such. Overall would recommend.
The food is never bad, the music gets a little loud, but the food is worth it.

My GF and I went to have drinks and dinner. We told the waitress Ximena that she is allergic to shrimp and we didn’t see any other options on the menu. She recommended we ordered a bowl and substitute crab and fish for Shrimp she charges us extra without telling us. My food came before hers and when her food arrived it was full of shrimp. She didn’t check the food before bringing it out and the kitchen didn’t verify or look at the notes special instructions. I’m so glad we noticed the shrimp and saved a trip to the hospital. The male manager came to the table and said he is sorry and they took the plate to the back and removed the shrimp they had no concern for cross contamination or the food touching each other. He brings me a free appetizer for next time and tells me I’m sorry I can’t remove the dish which I never requested but would think it would be the right thing to do. I told him to keep the free appetizer and I’m disappointed in him and his team she could’ve been sick and we would have to go to the hospital. He didn’t care and left I still left a good tip and at then end of the day there is very bad communication and the managers and waitresses and the restaurant is very disorganized. The food and drinks aren’t cheap the waitresses all have sad faces no smiles like they don’t want to be there. We won’t be back I rather go to Papadeauxs at least they listen and are concerned with ther customers health and allergies.
