I use to do take out for pho, egg rolls and beef vermicelli all the time here and unfortunately they changed the portion size and recipe. I had 5 slivers of round steak in my pho and 8 slivers of beef in the vermicelli and it normal longer comes with an egg roll. Spent $40 for 2 meals.

I ordered Vegetable fried rice with Tofu and Thai cold coffee. There were only 3 pieces of tofu in entire plate and taste is not good. Thai coffee used to be awesome but it doesn’t anymore.

CHEAP! Rip off Banh Mi! Don’t be fooled by attractive prices. The Banh Mi barely have any meat in them. I asked for extra meat the second time I tried this restaurant and was basically charged for 2 sandwiches. $5 extra for 4 slices of almost see through luncheon meat. $12.99 for a bread roll with the smallest portions (double portion) of meat. The people working here are nice but it’s not worth being ripped off.

I ordered the Thai curry and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The flavors were off, and the ingredients did not taste fresh. It lacked the authentic taste and richness you'd expect from a proper Thai dish. Definitely not worth the price — I won’t be ordering again.

The food at Vietnam Bistro consistently hits the spot—savory, authentic, and flavorful every time. The wait is always short, and their prices remain refreshingly affordable, especially during a time when most restaurants are hiking theirs up.

Located in a strip mall right next to Buc-ee's. Bright and clean in there. Greeted with a smile. The food is Fresh and Delicious!
Med spice for the curry was very tolerable. If you like spice, go a level higher. Generous amount of chicken with veggies!
The pork dumplings were on special and soaked in a hot chili sauce. So soft with just the right amount of chew to them. Melt in your mouth.
This is the kind of place that if you finish all your food, you still feel healthy and not bogged down.

we came in on a sunday evening and everything was great! the service was awesome and the food came out quick. i believe our waiter's name was Han and he made sure our glasses never went empty and was very attentive. we will be back!
