Vinotinto Grill (Carne En Vara) is a spectacular place to enjoy meat on a stick. The food is exquisite, with Angus meats roasted on a wooden stick over a slow mahogany wood fire, seasoned only with salt. The atmosphere is very pleasant, with attentive service and lively music, creating an authentic Venezuelan and Mexican dining experience. This place is a paradise of good food, run by its owner, offering a typical atmosphere. On Sundays, there is live music. The Sancocho or soup is a trip to your immediate country. Everything was excellent, very good, and the food was very clean. The people were very friendly. The desserts and soup were also very good. If you are in Katy, Tx or around the area, and want to have a different experience, with good “carne en vara” steak, go to this place. The customer service is amazing, the steak flavor is extremely delicious, perfectly cooked, and the sides of yuca and salad were a perfect fresh complement. The cachapa is real corn you can taste it. As soon as you arrive, the owner will ask if you are new to the restaurant, and if yes, you will be welcomed with a crunchy delicious piece of steak to welcome you to their family. This is a super good service!
