The doughnuts here are amazing and way better than any other places we have tried in Katy. However, on multiple occasions when I have ordered here, both in the drive through and via food delivery, they have messed up my order and forgot to give me some doughnuts. It’s pretty far from my house, so we didn’t go back to tell them. At least the food delivery service refunded me for the missing items, but it’s thoroughly annoying and now I am sad because I didn’t get the doughnuts I was craving. Voodoo Doughnuts, please send me some glazed doughnuts!!!!!

I had high expectations for this Voodoo Doughnut location, but unfortunately, this was the most disappointing doughnut I’ve had from them. The doughnut itself had an overly heavy, cake-like consistency that felt dense and dry, rather than the light, fluffy texture you’d hope for. On top of that, the frosting was extremely thick and cloying, resembling fondant more than a classic glaze or frosting. It completely overpowered any other flavor and made the entire experience overly sweet and unpleasant.
I usually enjoy Voodoo Doughnuts, but this one missed the mark entirely. I hope this was just a one-off issue, but it left a bad impression.

I’ve been to voodoo doughnuts before. The location closer to downtown and I remember being so surprised by how soft and fresh the doughnuts were. I came to this location for the first time. It was round 4pm and the doughnuts were awful. Didn’t taste much different than a doughnut you’d buy at the grocery store. Pretty sad

The service is terrible, nobody came to attend me for the girls it was more important to pretend that I would sweep than attend while they talked about their personal things, the clients are not going to listen to their lives, but waiting to be attended I allow myself to look at their floor, their garbage can and at first glance it is a place that lacks cleaning. I left that disgusting place.

Do not work here. Not worth the time, effort, and dedication to be put into. You’re better off somewhere else, trust me. The managers are lazy and do not know how to guide the workers correctly, but the regular workers are fine. The Cypress location closed down, this one should as well.
Very cool place to go get a specialty donut you'll not find anywhere else. With uniqueness cones price so don't expect this to be a cheap dozen! The quality more than makes up for the cost though so don't hesitate to go give them a try!!

I absolutely love Voodoo Doughnuts, especially the blueberry cake doughnut, which I highly recommend! They offer a variety of doughnuts, and they all taste amazing. Mollie was very helpful and friendly when I visited the store. I will definitely be coming back!

Okay, I saw a review from two months ago about the place being "filthy" and I thought "well they probably have cleaned and gotten better by now, maybe thar person was just overreacting."
Well I did not see her picture of the bathroom door -- TWO MONTHS LATER the bathroom door is STILL nasty and looked like it had not even attempted to have been cleaned and the inside of the bathroom was shockingly dirty -- I just wanted to wash my daughter's hands! I felt like I was in a bar bathroom at the end of the night, not a donut shop at noon.
The donuts were good, but there are flies in the display rotation so are there flies in the back all over the donuts too? I regretted coming here right when I saw the bathroom and won't be back.
