This place used to be pretty decent but I'm guessing they're under new management. Location wise, it's ok with being one of the better options in Katy. The food... Though it tasted well, it caused some irritation to my digestive tract. The service was just alright on a busy Friday night with karaoke in which the host had an attitude. Overall, I wouldn't recommend.

Was supposed to be reasonable rotation for karaoke with a few people on a Sunday. NOT!! The DJ had his favorites. It was less than 30 people in the bar and even less people on the list to partake in karaoke. He choose his favs 5 to 1 on singing their song choice. It was apparently obvious his preferred lineup on his personal call sheet. He announced for new comers to sign up because he was making it fair. So unbenouced we awaited to be chosen. A call that happened only 3 times during 4 hour outing that we were sure to go according to plan because the crowd was so few. Not to our liking, I stepped to the DJ booth to learn if we were doing it right because we kept seeing the 4 lineups take the stage quite often. Singing one song after another as frequently as one behind the other of his chosen 4. I asked, he answered, she's coming up next as in two more songs after 2 of his same favorites sing 2 more times before my song bird was up to sing her 1 to 5 and waiting for his frequent flyers to sing again. By the way they song wonderfully! It was a vibe for sure. Except the DJ put a damper on the night with his portrayal of giving everyone a shot at karaoke night on stage but in fact did the opposite. Once my song bird song her last song near closing time after being there at 6 pm supporting the two comedians and everyone who had seemingly an amazing time she gave it her all with one of her favorite songs to sing and we made our experience beautiful and exited the vibe. Oh yeah the DJ tried to clean it up with saying he is chosen people in order as they sign up. We don't see the call sheet but we are aware of the order. Chosen in the order of favs. If you like to sing and you are not the DJ's favorite at Katy Vibes pick another spot on Sumday night because the DJ has already made his selections.

Tonight was my first visit to Katy Vibes. I was especially excited about karaoke night. I reserved a table for four and my guests were seated as soon as we arrived. There were two amateur comedians that were pretty good.. I anxiously awaited my turn to sing. I have visited many karaoke spots. It’s just my thing lol.
I was able to sing, maybe two songs and one duet. There was a very small crowd. I know the etiquette for Karaoke. I waited while supporting each singer before me. What I do not like to report is that the host has fallen into showing favor to a few. A fair rotation of singers would have been great. Unfortunate. It was very obvious I had to make a report, hoping things will change. It could be a really great spot. I see now why only a handful of people were there. Very disappointing.
Too many spots for Karaoke to return to where I am invisible. First impressions matter. When you have a faithful view, that’s all you have. If your business is to grow then welcome everyone equally.

I love the service here, but I only come through for an old fashioned when I am passing through. This time I wasn't really a fan of the drink, but I did appreciate how quite the spot was. There was a server that made sure that the outside heater worked for me. I appreciate him, and I believe his name is Brad.

I came in for Zumba and the class was amazing, but I stayed for the karaoke. The vibes and atmosphere was great! Glad I came. The drink is called sidecar and it's bomb!!!

This is a nice looking spot the music was nice every one was friendly ,put it took a long time to get my food and it was wrong. I told my waiter he did not take care of it I took one bite l didn't eat it I ask for no mayonnaise it had mayonnaise on it I ask for jalapenos there was no jalapenos let me make you laugh I got a drink called the perfect margarita it was the perfect glass of ice which was $19 . I don't know if I will go back it was 14 lady's that's why I was trying them out for the second time because the first time was not great....
