Listen..I’ve been to several waffle houses in the Houston & DFW area my entire life, and you don’t go there for customer service, but for quality food-I get that. But when you’re out of a product, and ask what I would like instead, and STILL give me the wrong protein & forget what I paid extra for? (Jalapeños, specifically) and then don’t offer to compensate for the multiple mistakes made? It shows a lot for this location.
My order was placed online, and I showed up 5 mins past the “ready time” they started making it upon arrival, cool-no big deal, at least it’ll be fresh. Then they say they’re out of cheesesteak, that’s fine, holiday weekend, I fully understand, I ask for bacon instead. I go back inside after a few minutes, and they are putting beef on top, no jalapeños which I paid extra for? I ask about the meat as they’re bagging it up, explaining how I asked for bacon instead..
I told them it was fine and I’ll take as is because I do understand how some employees work better than others, and the employee that I specially told “I would like bacon instead of cheesesteak” was sitting on his phone with a full plate of bacon in front of him, failed to relay my message to the cook, was clearly just there to pass time.
Online orders already have an upcharge. I almost wanted to ask for a full refund for the multiple mistakes with my order, but I the quality of what I did receive was good-I can’t deny that. However on a holiday weekend, and coming in from out of town, this was highly disappointing from the staff at the time…

THE WORST NAPKINS IN THE WORLD.
But beyond that this Waffle House is fantastic. There was no brawl in the middle of the diner, nor an disputes between the customers and cooks, no this was a mundane afternoon visit. Dianna, my server, was just the sweetest woman. She made me a DAMN GOOD blueberry waffle. Perhaps even, the pinnacle of waffles. Who knows. I essentially inhaled my All-Star Special, which included: eggs, toast, hashbrowns, bacon, and a waffle. It was a very filling meal for only 12 bucks. The diner itself was clean but had that classic waffle house look to it. Not run down but well used. Over all, I'd give two kidneys and my first born child to have that meal again.

Took my meds right before walking in but food never came out. Waitress was rude and served the couple who sat down beside us first even though they sat down 10 minutes after we did. We got up and left because my meds kicked in and I started to feel shaky

Super chill vibes, the food was delicious and the staff was as courteous as you could ask for in such a classic diner. No issues with the food, and they even had some calm music playing in the kitchen that made for a nice backdrop my meal at the bar. Definitely going back.

Stopped by this weekend for breakfast and everything was great. They were pretty busy but customer service was good and the food came out in good timing. The manager Angelo made sure that my family and I were taken care of and I appreciate that. I will definitely be back.

Came in for breakfast. Restaurant was dirty. No one was cleaning almost every table had dirty plates, napkins, trash everywhere. All the employees are chilling around. Some on their phones and some customers are coming and leaving.
Elijah or wtv his name is thought he was super funny hiding crouching in the back after we got ignored for 15 minutes with no menus and he came back with a half filled glass of water with no straws with two of us at the table. it was busy but that just not an excuse at that point. but shout out diana she was amazing and turned my mood back around, give diana a raise fire elijah.

First time and last time. Had to wait for a booth and then never received service. The young guy was horrible. Never brought my coffee ,water or place settings. Waited on people who was sitting at bar that came in after me. Tried this one because Fm 529 location was closed for a couple of days.i left because of the lousy service.

It’s busy here, food it fine. It’s a Sunday and there is a guy taking up 3 sits and just chilling in the corner of the counter top. The server keeps sitting down with him and just chilling.

Shan Shan & Diana were an amazing wait staff! They had great attention to detail, & cared about our experience! EJ, Gerson & Amir made sure the food came out hot and delicious! & the touch tunes was the cherry on top! Big Don did a great job putting his Saturday Morning team together!
