First time and last time. Had to wait for a booth and then never received service. The young guy was horrible. Never brought my coffee ,water or place settings. Waited on people who was sitting at bar that came in after me. Tried this one because Fm 529 location was closed for a couple of days.i left because of the lousy service.

It’s busy here, food it fine. It’s a Sunday and there is a guy taking up 3 sits and just chilling in the corner of the counter top. The server keeps sitting down with him and just chilling.

Shan Shan & Diana were an amazing wait staff! They had great attention to detail, & cared about our experience! EJ, Gerson & Amir made sure the food came out hot and delicious! & the touch tunes was the cherry on top! Big Don did a great job putting his Saturday Morning team together!

Don’t even feeling like explaining the story. Just know I ordered food for takeout and paid over the phone. I come inside and wait 30 minutes for this order….for them so say “oh sorry we didn’t place your ticket” “do you still want us to make it?” After I waited for over 40 minutes.

Mike the Cook not a chef or grill master is Horrible at his at job. You applied for Waffle House not me. Talking to Ms Ayana with ultimate disrespect leading her to about to cry at work in front of the customers. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST COOKED THE FOOD MESSING UP ORDERS WITH NO LOVE. ..side note atmosphere a 3 star only because of the music selection . Must BE Addressed

This place has gone downhill so bad, very disappointed and mad.I was there this morning to have breakfast with my son and when we went in, none of the staff greeted us, no welcome just ignored, we were standing waiting and no employee cared to find a table, I had to look and all empty tables were dirty, they only had one waiter it seemed. We sat at the bar and the waitress did not acknowledge us either, no menu at least , just ignored us completely. I gave them 5 minutes and they didn’t care at all!!no manager there it seemed, employees looked unhappy, place looked dirty, we had to leave after being ignored, never coming back here again!!! Never had such bad experience in any restaurant like this one.!!Horrible service!!

We dined at your West Little York Rd. & Fry Rd. (In Katy) location. Donavan was our host AND waiter. Friendly, professional, respectful, accommodating, checked back often. So refreshing to receive service with a smile. ( he's a 'keeper'!) Our food was wonderful! Fresh, hot, & delicious, as well as prompt. (Reasonably priced also) We will be recommending this restaurant & location to all our friends & family. What a satisfying dining experience, thank you!

I come here all the time and every time I come up here I order online soon as I pull up and walk in every employee u have is just sitting round not doing nun now I have to wait because my order is never ready one of the employees going to say to be honest sir I forgot but y’all all sitting down not doing nun and they so rude if y’all don’t fix it I will contact corporate and we can figure it out then
