Walmart says why do people shop at Amazon instead of coming here? Because you don't return items like you used to even if it doesn't work. Whereas Amazon does. And by the way, Walmart, you may have saved $40 by not taking the item back but did you really save because I went to one of your competitive supermarkets to do my shopping and spent over $100 so did you really save?

It is anyone's guess on how they handle their grocery pickup. Had a 8am pickup time and I was the 2nd car to arrive. 2 cars came after me. The order that the groceries were delivered to the cars started with the last to arrive, then the 3rd to arrive, then the first that was already here and the myself. Heading on 15 minutes and still waiting.

fui a colocarle las ruedas y el cambio de aceite mi carro, la alarma funciona super bien, la atención fue buena. pero al llegar a mi casa a mi carro le comenzó a sonar la alarm, no dormí nada esa noche sonó 8 veces en la madrugada y mi carro funcionaba bien. al otro día fui y les indique que pasaba y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada solo desconectar la batería porque ellos no tocan nada. pero algo debió pasar cuando a mi carro le suena la alarma a cada rato! tengo desde el sábado sin poder dormir. buscando que fue lo que hicieron porque mi carro no estaba así

It's a Walmart! What do I expect? I wanted to get a pack of ink for the office printer but the one I needed they don't have it unfortunately.

They are so organized and clean. It is so easy to find the things i was looking for. Also, clerks are helpful to help customers anything they need , they took me to the place that i asked for, and went back to their work area. Great management

While the staff are great, pick-up takes at least a half hour. Best just shop yourself or order delivery.

Justin, assistant manager, likes to use innuendos to make accusations. I purchased a product and when I got home the box was empty. Within 40 mins I was back at the store requesting the same item or a refund. Justin came on the scene and dropped the innuendo that I was running a scam. LOL. Apparently Justin projects, a lot. I always know better than to shop at this location, but this morning convenience factor convinced me to give it a shot. And that was A VERY BAD decision.

Not to be confused with the Walmart Suppercenter, which is where you go to get supper, or to buy prints of The Last Supper. We have been to this Walmart so many times now, and it's excellent for petrol (aka gas), but not always for other things. I think that a couple of the other Katy locations have better selections, but at least the parking lot is large, and we've seen worse. I'll stick with the 3 star rating, even though if I was reviewing the gas station, it'd score 4. My previous review said: I've been spending a lot of time in Katy (not Perry) (unfortunately), and this is the Walmart of choice because it's close to all the (bubble tea cough cough) places I usually go to in Katy. Katy Perry was famous for doing the leg kicking thing in her California Gurls video, so my version of Katy is doing some leg-ish things here in Walmart Katy in the pix. Seems about right. Prices are as ever, bargain basement, and check out is usually faster than the ones in Houston. It's a bougie Walmart, and open later than you can imagine, so I can't give it less than 3.

This store is horrible if you are ordering delivery. Multiple items never included in the delivery. When you contact customer service they vary between blaming the delivery driver to the store. So so sad.
There are many things I can't find. Gas station is average price or higher, I feel. Staff are helpful.

I use their order online and pick up at the store. The people who help in that department are always cheerful, bring out the groceries despite heat or cold, and carefully put things in my car. I never thought I would be happy with groceries I didn't select myself, but they do amazing job. I like that I don't have to go into the store and they make it easy to re-order. I really like Walmart prices and like being able to remain in my car and still get groceries!

Ordered 3 custom cakes for my daughters party & they were perfect! Ordered online, picked up at the store & couldn't ask for a better transaction. Cakes were all fresh & just as I ordered them. The lady at the counter was tentative & friendly, she even got me a basket so we could load them all up.

We ordered on line and went to the pick up area and waited at least 20 minutes for someone to even come out and ask our name. We already went inside to check if we can just pick up the orders ourselves but the lady said rudely to wait. They have no customer service here. Not sure about the inside of the store itself but just reading the other reviews just made me feel that they need more people that really likes to work here. Sorry but I would rather go someplace else than this Walmart.

I put In an grocery order to be delivered. 1st there was a delay and then I received a notification that order was deliverEd. Went to the door no order. Check my email and it stated Justin delivered your order. Where?? Not with me! I had someone call me about my order and informed them I did not receive my order, where was it and where is the pic showing they delivered it. She stated there was a pic but I couldn't see and explained again I don't have the groceries and I have a red door so did the picture show that? Couldn't have and she stated is was delivered to the wrong address and they can't get it back so she refund me and reorder my stuff only to have me pay for it again when it takes 5 to 7 business days for me to get that back!! No ma'am you can cancel all that and I promise I will never use Walmart's delivery service again!!!! She have stuck with HEB!!!
