I had such a great experience at Wang Shack! I ordered the lemon pepper wings and they were absolutely delicious—full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The waffle fries were a huge surprise too… honestly better than Chick-fil-A! There were only two girls working behind the counter, and they were handling everything—taking orders, cooking, serving, and even checking on us to make sure we were okay. They did a marvelous job and really made the experience even better. Definitely going back soon!

Today’s morning crew was amazing. I had big sized family order and I forgot to ask for the halal option at the counter. The crew was so nice about it and thankfully replaced the order for the halal one. I didn’t get any of their names but the shift a manager was a young blonde girl. They were able to make up for my mistake and I’m so grateful. Great experience, and really good food as well.

Service and wait is wayyyy too long and they don’t take bills over $20 which is dumb. I can see not taking big bills after a certain time but all day is crazy. The wait is always like a hour or longer. Good food but long wait.

I spend $50 on food that tastes exactly like Jack in the Box chicken strips. I mean same breading, taste, sauce, everything. Service was super slow. At these prices I can't recommend.
Wings are fine but what’s the point of ordering online when you still have to wait 25 min for your food after arriving.
