From the moment we arrived, our experience was great. Jayden was super kind, helped us choose the best options, and recommended an amazing wing flavor — absolutely delicious! The food was excellent — great taste, good portions, and the wait time was pleasant.
However, one thing that did affect the experience a bit was that a blonde woman, who seemed to be the manager, was yelling at the employees loud enough for everyone in the restaurant to hear. It was uncomfortable because the team looked like they were doing a great job and working hard. I think the place could have a much better atmosphere if the staff were treated with more respect — they truly deserve it.
Other than that, everything else was great. Big thanks to Jayden for the amazing service! It was my first time visiting, and I’ll definitely be coming back — hopefully to be served by him again.

Outstanding customer service, I come here all the time to enjoy some lemon pepper wings. Atmosphere is great and I like that they have TVs for a variety of sports and entertainment. Only downside is the selection is a bit limited, but other than that this will remain a good spot for wings under my culinary adventures in the Katy area.

Nice independent Buffalo wings spot in Katy, if you live around here, you have to come and try the food here. They have a big list of sauce for your Wang (wing) and the price for the meal combo is pretty fair. The wings are pretty plump and the fries are fresh tasting. The service is great because we order a large order, they help us and bring the food to our table. But if you live in Houston, it is a but far of drive for some wings.
I’m a patiant understanding person. When I called in I was really understanding. I live 20 minutes out. I take 20 minutes to get there and 20 to get back. I called and explained my order was incorrect, they tried telling it was correct.Then ended up telling they see in their system the second time they saw the order come through, that the system is wonky.I did not have plans on heading that way the following day. At this point is it’s 8:48pm,I’m not going back and the food is pretty much cold waiting on them to figure out how they will make it right.They expect you to go back and return the food even if it’s the next day. So you’ll have to take the time out of your day if you want a refund,since I didn’t want my food to be remade, and didn’t have plans on going tomorrow due to a busy life. They were the ones in the wrong and they admit it as well. I get they have policy, waiting on GM now. I personally don’t have time to be making inconvenient stops. I was told I would a call from the manager early in the day, so far I have not and it’s the second day way past early in the day. They respond to you that they want to hear you out, to my review, so reach out to who? I’m still waiting on the call I was promised. I Shouldn’t be trying to call and figure this out anymore. My point is time and money lost and they won’t make it right if they get your order wrong for take out.

I really wanted to like this place! I decided to try myself after all the mixed reviews. Uber driver drove straight to me. I watched the navigation the whole time, I live 4 mins away. Why did I receive ice cold fries?? They had to be cold when he left the restaurant. Bag was sealed so they definitely should still be warm if they were cooked fresh. Ordered mild wings, received hot! Couldn’t even eat the wings, I can’t eat Hot. $30 dollars down the drain!
This order cost us over $20, and I have never seen wings this small — they literally looked like chicken nuggets. On top of that, they tasted horrible and very artificial. Definitely not worth the money.

I had such a great experience at Wang Shack! I ordered the lemon pepper wings and they were absolutely delicious—full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The waffle fries were a huge surprise too… honestly better than Chick-fil-A! There were only two girls working behind the counter, and they were handling everything—taking orders, cooking, serving, and even checking on us to make sure we were okay. They did a marvelous job and really made the experience even better. Definitely going back soon!
