I visited this location for lunch today! The employee that took my order tried to take my phone over to the drive thru window for payment when I ordered inside the restaurant at the front. So let me get this straight your establishment takes Apple Pay etc. when I told her no she could not take my phone being it needs a facial id to pay she proceeded to tell me then I need my card. What kind of bs is that. Why would you not have a cash register open for the in restaurant guest. I told her I didn’t want the food since I can’t pay with my allowed and accepted form of payment. I won’t be coming back here this I know!

This location is literally the worst overall to me, I have never had a solid experience. I vow each time to never go back, but this time I am so for real. The food is hard and horrible. I have to be honest, the area deserves better food and better customer service. Bye Wendy's on Katy Ford Bend Rd.

11-21 @11:50 am, Stood at counter just for manager to tell me to wait. He then took 5 orders through the drive through and filled all the orders while myself and another were still standing at the counter. I left and went elsewhere. Horrible customer service/ time management.

Horrible ! I just went to the drive through and in ordered spicy nuggets and they gave me regular nuggets my husband went inside and told them and they made him pay for another order of nuggets because they said we had ordered the regular nuggets when I even said it twice in the drive thru because the girl didn’t listen well. I find it very dishonest and unpleasant visit also they didn’t even give us our fries we had to go back inside to ask for our fries ! Very unhappy with this visit !
