Employee attitudes were as welcoming as a zombie. Not good for the first dining-in customers of the day. I didn’t get a receipt so I wasn’t surprised by not getting what I ordered. The tasteless burger was made more difficult to eat while looking at dirty tables, food trays from previous the shift & food on the floor. I could say more but you the before mentioned will suffice.

I was just given the hardest chicken sandwich I’ve ever bit in my life. this is the second time I’ve gone to this location because it’s not too far from my house and this is also the second time I was given food that wasn’t even served hot just hard.

The manager wanted to charge me $0.50 for two sauces I ordered because they gave me the order with the sauce I didn't order. In the end, he didn't charge me, but he warned me that he would do it next time. I won't be back.

Ordered drive thru, fries were cold and chewy. Chick bun was soggy. Took less than 15 minutes to start feeling bad. 2 hours latter my stomach hurts so bad I can’t sit and watch tv.

The girl taking my order she don't understand my order when I talk to her she ignored i want makesure my order is right and the manager was extremely rude and tell me I am wasting his time and not helping me. He needs to be fired!!!!! I have an disbility i have patient with people don't hardly speak English and they don't have patient with me. Don't go that wendys this wendys need to be shut down. 😠 😡

Went their and ordered the employee taking the order was screwing it all up. When my son called the manager, the manager was belligerent. Hello customer service. When I called to discuss this the line keeps disconnecting. Then a employee walked after smoking a cigerettes and did not wash his hands. Gross
