They shouldn't get any stars!!!! The manager is extremely rude. The girl taking my order she don't understand my order when I talk to her she ignored i want makesure my order is right and the manager was extremely rude and tell me I am wasting his time and not helping me. He needs to be fired!!!!! I have an disbility i have patient with people don't hardly speak English and they don't have patient with me. Don't go that wendys this wendys need to be shut down. 😠 😡

Went their and ordered the employee taking the order was screwing it all up. When my son called the manager, the manager was belligerent. Hello customer service. When I called to discuss this the line keeps disconnecting. Then a employee walked after smoking a cigerettes and did not wash his hands. Gross

I purchased take out, a double meal and my sandwich was very messy and soggy. It was raining hard and I went home before eating it and that's when I noticed. I tried calling the number on the receipt but, they didn't give me one. I looked the number up and it was disconnected. I had to drive back in the pouring down rain again. They said that they don't give money back ,but they can make me a new sandwich. I was exhausted at that point.

When I got my 10pc I noticed I only had 1 sauce so I went ahead and asked for extra, the man at the window asked me how many so I said 3. He precedes to only hand me one, I then told him I asked for 3- his manger I assume steps in and very rudely says “how many?” So I again say 3 and he tells be you already have some in the bag- I know you gave me one(keep in mind it’s a 10pc with fries)?? he then hands the man at the widow 1, again I say 3, and he let’s out a loud and a very exaggerated “Wooooooooow” and finally hands me the damn sauces?? Super weird definitely not coming back

I got a bacon cheeseburger, and the bacon was almost raw. The fries were OK but there was no ketchup in the dispenser. When I mentioned this to the manager, he threw a couple of packets of ketchup at me and walked away. The drink machine was leaking all over the floor with the puddle out almost into the middle of the eating area. Those sorts of things do not inspire one to want to come back again.

Came here for one burger and the burger came out cold. The patty was cold and the cheese was cold.. I asked for a new one and waited for the new one to come out and they never came out with it. I asked for my money back.. Carolina, the manager offered no apologies. I'm not sure who the owner is however, you may wanna switch Carolina out for a new manager.
