This particular location constantly gets my order wrong and never tries to fix it. They have terrible customer service and refuse to pick up their phone

Be sure to mention if you want a small, medium or large combo or they'll charge you for the largest one they can. Great for short-term revenue, bad for long-term customer retention.

I got a bacon cheeseburger, and the bacon was almost raw. The fries were OK but there was no ketchup in the dispenser. When I mentioned this to the manager, he threw a couple of packets of ketchup at me and walked away. The drink machine was leaking all over the floor with the puddle out almost into the middle of the eating area. Those sorts of things do not inspire one to want to come back again.

Came here for one burger and the burger came out cold. The patty was cold and the cheese was cold.. I asked for a new one and waited for the new one to come out and they never came out with it. I asked for my money back.. Carolina, the manager offered no apologies. I'm not sure who the owner is however, you may wanna switch Carolina out for a new manager.

Same experience everytime that others have stated: I place a mobile order, I see it sitting on the counter in the kitchen, but nobody acknowledges me and when they do, its like they're doing me a favor by handing me my meal. No "welcome" or "I'll be right with you". Customer service here is nonexistant. I've only been going here because its close to work but today was the last time.
It never fails. Every time I order from the mobile app. The food is never ready. Then, no one wants to acknowledge you. You just stand there for about 5-10 minutes waiting on them to look at you. It must be a Wendy's thing. All of them have bad customer service.

Been here a three times in the last six months. First time burger meal was excellent. The second time burger was dry over cooked. Third time the French fries are burnt and cold. The worst part is that it was the evening manager on duty who bagged our order in the drive thru. Like he is the one that put the French fries in the bag. I didn't see them until I got home. One of their slogans is "Quality is in our Recipe" well I got one back for them "Yeah right!!". What's going on Wendy's???? Poor Dave is flipping in his grave and shaking his head to what you have done to his restaurant chain.... You use to be great.... Guess since Dave is gone so did his legacy.

Horrible customer service. Drive through associate was arrogant when I confirmed my order and when we arrived home it was still wrong, seems like he did it on purpose. We won't be going back.
