Be sure to mention if you want a small, medium or large combo or they'll charge you for the largest one they can. Great for short-term revenue, bad for long-term customer retention.

I got a bacon cheeseburger, and the bacon was almost raw. The fries were OK but there was no ketchup in the dispenser. When I mentioned this to the manager, he threw a couple of packets of ketchup at me and walked away. The drink machine was leaking all over the floor with the puddle out almost into the middle of the eating area. Those sorts of things do not inspire one to want to come back again.

Would have given this location of five Star across the boards but when you order a baconator and it has no bacon it doesn't deserve it. The double stack spicy nuggets that we ordered were great and so were their french fries but how can you mess up a baconator by not putting the bacon in the burger?
