Check your orders before pulling away!! Never fails that I am charged for what I order and receive something different or miss items. Also- get your receipt because they don’t give them out and you need it to prove they messed up your order.

first time stoping by and last, I clearly order 2 combos and they missed one of the french fries and no sweet and sour sauce, they throw wherever they wanted as a dipping sauce. I understand when your a bery busy you might forget something but Onwas the only customer in the drive thru.

2 hour old dried patties in a lettuce burgers is not a good idea. Out of the 3 ordered one was freshly made, it was great, the other 2… not to mention the rest of the Oder, everything was made with patties that had been seating for a while, at least 2 hours, temps measured under 60f for them… missing part of the order too.. wish I would’ve checked the order before driving home. ♻️ 🚮 will be asking for a refund, will bring back food.

The lemonade was expired or had some chemicals in it today. It was HORRID! Do not go here. They didn’t even give me a receipt
Food is usually ok. Service is horrible. Continously messed up orders. Can never get it right on first try.
Today they claim they couldnt take any more orders because they “had a big order”. Just close the whole drive through if youre gonna do that instead of acting like you can do anything.

This place is nasty dirty disgusting The soda fountain is nasty. Their floors are sticky. This place is forever dirty. I was ordering at the desk and I watched how they manhandle the cheeseburgers without any gloves. They build them with their bare hands. They also grab the fries with their hands and put them in the box without any gloves. I would not eat her. It is disgusting in every which way possible

Went in this morning at 8:45 AM waited 10 minutes at the counter. Nobody was there.I said hello to anybody in the back.People were in the back completely ignoring me. The management here does not care about their customers. They care more about the people in the drive through then the people that actually get out of their car and go into the store and take time out of their life. My son and i had to go somewhere else bc we waited and no one showed up.
