The lady at the box/window sounded like she hates her job. We waited 10 minutes for our food. The burger patties were super dry and the fries were old. Not sure what the wait was for. We both got really sick / nausea to our stomachs within and hour of eating this food. We threw away more than half the food.

Went in to place order 1st lady looks at me goes to back, 2nd lady is facing away with headset on , but talking on phone ,she ends her conversation turns around looks at me gives dirty look and also goes to back, not to mention the inside appears filthy, dont know how they stay in business

Bad service!! Make sure to collect your card and receipt. Agent took my debit card and never returned it Deliberately. They don't give receipts too.I came back 30 minutes later to collect my card and the agent threw my card on me without an apology and walked away. NEVER BUYING IN THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

This location is incredibly convenient. The staff was super friendly and my order was ready in no time. I used the mobile app for pickup and even without an account, it was a breeze. Everything was fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

No one wears gloves in this Wendy’s I seen them making burgers and chicken sandwiches with their bare hands. They don’t do refills on strawberry lemonades now apparently. They don’t have a clue on what customer service is. A few of the teenage looking workers were standing around laughing and talking while customers were waiting.

Check your orders before pulling away!! Never fails that I am charged for what I order and receive something different or miss items. Also- get your receipt because they don’t give them out and you need it to prove they messed up your order.

first time stoping by and last, I clearly order 2 combos and they missed one of the french fries and no sweet and sour sauce, they throw wherever they wanted as a dipping sauce. I understand when your a bery busy you might forget something but Onwas the only customer in the drive thru.
