Should have read reviews before coming. Extremely dirty lobby was hard to eat with sticky tables and floors. Food was cold and I was only customer in restaurant. Then tried to short my refund I had to do the math for them, understaffed is one thing but when you’re walking up to the counter texting “how can I help you?” With no eye contact is wild.

Combos are usually a medium and the manager up charged me to a large combo without asking me if I wanted a large the when I asked her about it she tried to say that the combos are always a large and that I would have to tell her if wanted a medium which doesn’t make sense

There are rats in this place. I went through the drive-though and saw a rat run across the store. This store doesn’t do anything about them and they just let them roam around. Do not go to this place unless you want your food to be infested by rats.

Used to get breakfast here regularly... great food, friendly service, well priced. But... now they don't open until 9am. That's almost lunchtime - totally useless. At least there's plenty of local competition who are happier to welcome your business.

Drive thru female is rude and should not be working there. You’re losing business due to this particular person as I won’t be returning.. I’ll inform others of this incompetent person. Fries were cold and the drink cup not clean.

Went for salad for dinner. The chicken was hot. The bleu cheese crumbles were flavorful. Dressing was good. For a fast food salad it was nice. Got. Wednesday vanilla fristy on the side. I liked the flavor.
Just placed an order for 1 sandwich, NO MAYO, repeated it and he seemed to understand. So, he either put mayo on it on purpose or because I don't speak Spanish. GET PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.....this has happened before. I wanted ketchup only and I told him to his face and he repeated it. It wasn't the speaker because it's broken!!!!!

I’ll just add to the bad reviews for this location. Placed an online order and by the time I got there it’s still not ready and I had to wait at the forward position for about 20 more minutes. When I got home, my burger was nasty. One thin ring of onion and one thin slice of tomato each about the size of a half dollar. Shredded lettuce very wilted. Overloaded with mayo, ketchup and mustard gooped into the melted cheese. Beef patty dry and cold? It was awful. I can’t believe how bad it was - never coming back. Thank you

This location is extremely understaffed. I went in today and there was 1 employee to run the drive thru AND front of house. She did a fantastic job but, SHE. NEEDS. HELP. Raising wages and promoting a better working environment invites workers. It is a well placed store, just needs help.

Josh delivered my food to me today. I was pretty confused on a meal deal and was expecting more than what I ordered. He explained the deal and even gave me a free coffee. He was very nice with how he explained everything and really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the whole team too! I bought a bunch on sandwiches for the sale they have and I know that must be a pain right now. Thanks for everything!
