Waited 15 minutes for mobile order even after placing it well in advance, and even after all that, nearly everything in the order was wrong. I asked for lettuce wrapped burger and look at photo of what I got. Literally just a patty. Complete waste of money.

Horrible customer service!! Came here to get the Wednesday meal of misfortune. Asked them to give me a chocolate frosty instead of vanilla frosty (it’s suppose to have the dark cherry swirl in it) but she gave me a plain frosty instead. When i asked her if she can add the dark cherry swirl, she gave me instant attitude saying you asked for chocolate frosty so i gave it to you. I don’t think she understood the options that was available to switch the flavors. And then, looked in the bag she gave no sauces!! What was the whole point of buying the meal if i can’t try the new sauces. Bad location with bad workers.

This location sucks. This is our second (and last) time ordering through Door Dash where the order was delayed and the order was completely wrong. It doesn’t take much knowledge to pack an order the exact way the receipt shows. Please hire people who are capable of this. Sorry to whoever ordered six 10pc chicken nuggets… we received those instead of you.

I ordered a medium mellow yellow and I thought the color was very off, I’m not even sure what they gave me but its not good at all. The lady at the drive thru needs to pay better attention to what she is serving.

One of the worst places with worst staff, no humanity. The arrogance of the staff is on next level. Sad to see these kind of people who carries garbage with them. Hope the staff gets well trained and respectful soon.

The food was good but the service was horrible. The girl Maria who was running the drive thru was incredibly rude. She should work in the kitchen and not be on a register if that's the way she treats customers. Won't be returning to this location.

The sign in the window as well as online state the drive thru opens at 6:30 for breakfast. I went before work at 6:45 and there was not a single person in the store. Sat there for 10 minutes. Change your hours if your employees can’t show up on time.

Wasn't given the cup of chili that comes with the South
West salad. Wasn't given the condiments for the burnt potato. Hamburger was dry, which is weird since it supposed to have 3 wet condiments. This Wendy's is terrible and they always leave stuff out. They really are beyond caring at this location. Do not recommend!

This is the worst Wendy's I have been to. I'm asking myself why I keep coming back to this location, but I guess the only thing working for this place is the convenience of being right down the street and not a ton of competition. Considering it's in a nice area, I would expect the service and quality to be above average, but it seems like every single time I end up very disappointed. After my experience this morning, it's the last time I will be coming back. My order was made wrong so I drove back and explained to them I had asked for extra sauce and they put no sauce at all and his response was oh well we didnt charge you we need to charge for the extra sauce...I don't even know what to say like ok here is your 50 cents even though i was inconvenienced and had to drive all the way back to have it fixed?? To make matters worse, his response was to argue with me and say that I didn't say extra sauce or else he would have heard me say extra sauce. My experience here has given me the impression of how skimpy they are with their sauces so I knew to ask for extra sauce so I literally said "can I get extra sauce on that" and he literally replied "yes absolutely"....so now im a liar? not only was I inconvenienced but also insulted. Which makes me wonder....if they are skimping the sauces with the expectation that their customers are going to ask for extra sauce then they are charging for it is this their way of trying to capitalize on this franchise or fudge the numbers for profit? This location (this year atleast) has been SUPER skimpy on their stuff and the quality is crap....I'm surprised they are still even in business...I hope they open up other fast food places in this area they wouldnt stand a chance. I don't know what's going on here, but whatever the case, they need to do a huge internal evaluation.

This use to be a decent Wendy’s with good customer service but today has been a big disappointment. I stopped in earlier to grab something quick on lunch. I ordered the number one, double cheeseburger meal. The whole process was super quick - they were rushing all the customers through fast. So fast that I didn’t know my order was wrong until I get home. I called back to the restaurant and the manager, Jeanette, told me to come back later for a replacement. I told her I would be back around 7, which I did. After getting home and taking a bite of the burger, it tasted bland and old. I flipped the bun over and the sight almost turned my stomach at the way the tomato and dressing was applied.

There is already not many decent places in the area for good or good customer service. Now I can scratch another one off the list.
