Placed online order for pickup in store with plan on eating in dinning room. Door was locked at 6:45pm, knocked and workers just looked at me. Didn't want pick up food in drive through to eat in car or eat cold fries at home so had to call Wendy's and spend almost an hour on hold to get a refund.

Wendy’s—Can you actually staff your store? We walked to Wendy’s and the dining room was closed because they only had three people. They basically told us we had to go to the drive through window on foot and just told us to “watch out for cars.”

Dec 2023 - This location on FM1463 in Fulshear is about to go through changes, it appears. The food was good. The service was ? great. The atmosphere was "empty". They had boxes of construction materials and/or new equipment on the floor and a dumpster right out the front door. Probably not a good assessment of them today. I'll be back... let's see how ? they do after the update and construction projects.

I ordered a $6 biggie bag (BLT Crispy Chicken sandwich). I asked for hot french fries. I received barely warm french fry pieces (each about an inch and half long) along with a dry, cold chicken sandwich on a hard bun. The nuggets were room temperature. The soft drink was fine. Unfortunately, I got the order to go, and when I opened the bag I didn't have enough time to return the order.I will never go back to that Wendy's and in the future, I will always check my order before leaving any fast food restaurant.

A barren empty Wendy's, at the far end of a ringy-dingy strip center. Wendy's has to stand on their own, I mean freestanding.The chicken sandwich with Fritos and excessive Velveeta gooey cheese was a total disappointment.Then the traffic to get out of the parking lot was simply horrible, I am a seasoned Houston driver, and it took all my skills, all my patience, a few prayers to be able to get "on the road again"...
