This place is the absolute worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. The customer service is horrendous! The done check on orders, make you wait, and when I’m trying to give them my money they literally tell me “no”? That’s great for business! The lady at the window is always rude, and expects you to just take it. No smiles, not hellos, just hates life! Get it together!

No one to serve the customer at the counter for more than 13 minutes. Three employees were there but one was busy making reel of her dance, One was busy on the mobile, and one was doing chorus and did not do anything in-spite of noticing us. Whoever is managing should see the CCTV.

Very bad experience I had at this Wendy's branch, I made a purchase of two kids meals with coupons and I asked for chicken and they told me that they couldn't give me chicken, only meat when in other Wendy's they do give me chicken, in addition to that very hostile treatment

I went thru the drive thru asked for a Daves double NO ONIONS with mustard, I got a burger full of anion and mayo tried calling and no one picked up. !!!

I was really disappointed with the SpongeBob meal I got from Wendy’s. The fries were old and cold, like they’d been sitting out for hours. The burger was soggy and stale—not at all what I expected. The only halfway decent thing in the entire meal was the Diet Root Beer, and that’s saying something. Overall, this was a pretty bad experience. Definitely won’t be ordering this again.
