Tried the new takis fuego sandwich, this location needs to check the temperature of the cheese spread they serve it with.
It burnt by mouth and the sandwich was hot even after few minutes which is kind of concerning for the boiling temperature the cheese spread was in it and the chicken felt worse than McDonald’s. Not coming back.
In general I've had so much better experience before at other locations (and Wendy's is actually 1 of my go to places). However this time I was between shifts and needed a quick bite. And after eating my meal... And getting up from my dinning table, I came across not 1 but 2 roaches (coming out from under the table)... I was disgusted and just left the place with a mixed stomach. I will definitely not stop by this restaurant again. I strongly recommend having the dining area deep clean. One there's 1 (you have an infestation) and that's just NOT acceptable.

Unfortunately I happen to stop by this location at their (York way dr Houston) drive way. Ordered coffee, nuggets, potato baked. There was a black woman I'm not racist but do not know her name as she refused to give me her name. She’s Super rude, unprofessional n disrespectful. I asked her if I can get ghost pepper 2 pcs instead of butter spread she said they charge for the sauce so I paid. The worst part They never gave nuggets upon saying and showing what they give she showed attitude n gave me the nuggets we ordered after waiting for long n didn’t give sauce n was keeping it in her hand…Don’t know why she was so cheap. Her energy was so bad!

The way they take orders is truly deplorable. If they do not have the proper training or the courtesy to do so, it is better that they be removed from their position and moved to an area where they do not have contact with the customer, since they do not have the proper training to serve the person who pays their salary.
