Order was correct & food hot, and good, workers tonight were nice and professional. Def felt like an assembly line, which is typical with people who work long days in service, but they were good! Manager is quick to help.

The worst I’ve ever been to! The drinks were horrible, fries stale and were not the original Wendy’s fries, the burger patties looked old and premade hours before, the frosty was extremely NASTY!!!! The cashier did not give me a receipt! Cashier was in a rush and very impatient. CLOSE THIS LOCATION!

Every time I come here, something is wrong with an order or with the staff just being miserable at times. I always say hey let’s give him another chance.

Tonight I ordered two baconator meals one for me and one for my son. Neither one of them came with bacon.

This manager here is racist and very unprofessional. I just left here and he first stated he couldn't give me a refund for a cookie then he started overtaking me and being obnoxious. I am filing a formal complaint to get him outta there

We wanted French fries and a vanilla frosty. We got room temperature fries and vanilla soft serve. The dining room floor was very sticky. The soda machine was dirty and gross. Lots of spills around and soggy napkins. The place was fairly empty except for two tables. Looked like a supervisor sitting at one table working on schedules, but I could be wrong. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Got in line at about 12:05 pm, today, 7-21-25. Spent ten minutes in drive thru line and the line didn't move. Went inside for quicker service. BIG MISTAKE! Two people inside. It took ten more minutes to get a burger and a root beer. Probably the worst service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. David Vrshek, Richmond, Texas.

The lemonades tastes like straight sugar at this location. Really disgusting and the service was awful. I had to pour Half of my drink and dilute it with water. I’m so disappointed I recommend going to another location.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the condition and management of the Wendy’s location in Katy, Texas. My recent attempt to dine in was marked by a series of issues that reflect a disregard for basic cleanliness, operational oversight, and guest experience.

Upon entering, I was immediately struck by an unpleasant odor and a sticky floor that felt as though it hadn’t been properly cleaned—much like stepping on dried soda. Not a single table in the dining area was clean, making it impossible to sit down without first attempting to wipe it myself.

More troubling was the apparent lack of accountability from the on-duty manager. While being friendly with employees can foster a positive work culture, it becomes problematic when authority is not exercised to ensure staff perform essential duties. For example, discussing cup refills while surrounded by a visibly neglected dining room signals a misalignment of priorities.

This location would greatly benefit from a structured cleanliness protocol—specifically, a shift checklist with timed entries and sign-offs to hold staff accountable through transitions. It’s disappointing to note that I’ve received significantly better service at locations staffed entirely by ESL employees, who consistently demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail.

I trust that Wendy’s values its reputation and the safety of its guests. I respectfully request this complaint be escalated for review, and that corrective measures be implemented to improve oversight and facility standards at the Katy location.

Went through drive thru, the guy working (curly hair and piercings) walked away with my card, didnt give it back until after i got my food and also after i had to ask for it. He also was openly and loudly talking to a coworker with the window open about how the last customer was “picking a fight and arguing” (i can tell why she would after interacting with him). He just had an attitude the whole time and wasnt friendly at all, when i asked him for my card back he acted like it was a dumb question and said “give me a minute” in a way that made it seem like i was rushing him. Hope the next customer gets better service then i did.
