It's been 6 years since I have been to Texas and had this and nothing has changed. It was just as good then and now. If you haven't tried this place you are missing out. I absolutely love these burgers no matter which one you get. It's always fresh along with the fries and packaged clean. Service was great as well. Can't wait to go back. Definitely recommend.

My order of onion rings was never brought to my table. I finished my burger and went to the register to ask for it. They told me they had lost it, but no one apologized, and if I don't claim the order, they won't even notice.
I waited 10 minutes for curbside pickup, but no one came out, and they weren't busy. I went inside, just for them to tell me they didn't have what I ordered. Im sure if I didnt go in I would have been waiting longer.

I’m following my gut feeling from now on. Normally when I come at night after getting off the young black lady does an excellent job doing my food and she’s very sweet. But tonight the guy in the blue shirt charging me extra stuff that she never charges me for and then got my order wrong and this luke warm apple pie!! If she isn’t there then I’m going somewhere else cause his customer service is trash and don’t pay attention to detail!

No hospitality. The girl on the drive thru speaker burley was talking. Pulled to the window to pay, she seemed to be upset. Told me the total price and that’s it. If she is in a bad mood. I would recommend whataburger to give her a paid vacation somewhere.
