My order of onion rings was never brought to my table. I finished my burger and went to the register to ask for it. They told me they had lost it, but no one apologized, and if I don't claim the order, they won't even notice.

No hospitality. The girl on the drive thru speaker burley was talking. Pulled to the window to pay, she seemed to be upset. Told me the total price and that’s it. If she is in a bad mood. I would recommend whataburger to give her a paid vacation somewhere.

Very, very SLOW. Over 15 min. in line & there was only one car in front of me! No reason for this kind of delay.

Parking: The cook needs to learn how to multi task! If u know the next order , put it on the grill and start the process. Don't wait until the last order is out before u even start the next one!
