I ordered the Cobb Salad. I always buy it here, but it's incredible how it was almost empty. It barely had any salad. They're squeezing too hard. I don't want to come back.

I come here often. I always order through the app and pick it up there. The last few times I've had to wait forever. If the app tells me when my food will be ready, I've had to wait 20 or 30 minutes longer. It seems they have staff.

A little disappointed due to advertisement. It shows drive-thru but when I placed my order, I was told only curbside π€¦π»ββοΈ if that was the case why put both options?
I am so disappointed in this location because the service here sucks! For the last 6 months either my order is wrong, either missing something, or it takes too long to receive my food. On my way to work this morning, I was in a drive-thru line at the window waiting for my breakfast order. Sadly, it took almost 10 minutes for them to provide me with my food. I just ordered 1 burrito meal but after 6 mins I had to blow the horn to ask the status of my order because a car in the second line came and left after me. I was given the excuse that they are also serving walk-ins and curbside along with the drive-thru. I understand that but it's still not acceptable because the business usually service all 3 areas at once anyways, so why is today any different? This is supposed to be fast food and Drive-thru is supposed to provide fast service. I shouldn't have had to wait almost 10 minutes for my food and after I inquired, I finally got it to see that it was thrown together with soggy hash browns. This is unacceptable The service at this location and the quality of food has gone down a lot.
