I come here often. I always order through the app and pick it up there. The last few times I've had to wait forever. If the app tells me when my food will be ready, I've had to wait 20 or 30 minutes longer. It seems they have staff.

Everything was perfect! Just one thing, when we order a large please fill it up. Otherwise we are paying for a large and getting a small at that point. But everything else was good!

I placed a delivery order through the Whataburger app, but unfortunately, the driver canceled it. I called the store and spoke with a gentleman who was very professional and helpful—he kindly took my order over the phone. To my surprise and appreciation, the General Manager, Gerardo, personally delivered the food himself. The food arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious!

This was hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time....
