I've ordered DoorDash from here 4 times in the past 2 weeks. They've stopped putting ketchup in with the order EVEN WHEN YOU CALL AND SPEAK WITH SAM!! Sam, who claims to be the manager told me, "I'll make sure to take care you, young man," when I called to ask them to include 3 regular ketchups. What a condescending prick! Once again, I got NO ketchup. You cannot rely on the door dash drivers who do not speak English. I will not return as long as Sam is a manager.

Sat in the drive through for quite awhile only to get my food and my fry’s were burnt like potato chips, ask for a recipe and got nothing but attitude, this place use to be a great place to eat at don’t know what happened. They take longer than they should to make orders it’s out of control!!!!

I LOVE whataburger but this place is just terrible! Fist of all I gave this place a sec chance but nope! first time i came here i was moving so in big rush and hungry i got my burger it was cold i had no time to remake it and also no power in the new house because i was just moving! Few months later i decided to give it another try burger was cold ketchup missing so they said they will make a new one came back gave me another wrong order how can you screw up 3 times? Finally good but the burger is cold! Who wants to eat cold burgers?!
