If I could give zero stars I would! I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with my latest visit to this location. I got halfway through my Cobb Salad only to find a strand of hair in it? So gross!

My wife ordered a Cobb Salad tonight, and it has a human hair. I ordered a cheeseburger and it had more lettuce and tomato than meat. We are both disgusted. This location is not good.

Husband did not see anything posted stating more than two orders prohibited at the drive thru, but the worker was quick to let him know.... and he was the only car in the line. Took forever to get the order. No, we won't put this location on our list of favs.

I usually work in this neighborhood and come here to try out this new place and grab some lunch. Everything went smoothly. No complaints. They even modified my orders 5 mins after I had placed them.

The Whataburger on Gaston Rd in Katy Texas needs to fix a problem they have that has cost many drivers big money. They have concreted in pipes in the drive-thru that are dangerous. Many cars have hit them because they are too short, 2.5" to 3' tall and painted a light grey. ( All the other 3 Whataburgers I've seen in our area are 5 feet tall and bright orange. Management and their insurance don't care about customers and won't fix the construction mistake. If you drive a SUV, or trucks and follow a car in drive-thru, you can miss the pipes and cause damage to your vehicle. It's a shaIme they don't care about customers vehicles. I will never go there again. Insurance carrier was rude and didn't return calls.

Food was cold. Meat patty was never hot enough to even start to melt the cheese. The guy at the window was so short his arm couldn't reach out the window. Not his fault but think about this. You have post outside to keep cars from hitting the building. That adds distance. It's Texas people drive trucks. So I have to climb half out of my window since T-Rex arms can't even reach out the window to hand me or receive anything...who did the scheduling. Also are you saving for the next paper towel pandemic shortage...1 paper towel is all you get for a hamburger and onion rings..I don't need enough to restock my home for a week but geez...or did you guys put the paper towels to high on the shelves for short man to reach as a joke...look at your rating compared to the other three stores around you... you are losing big time and I know why now.
