How am I supposed to wash my hands if there's not even any water coming out? I think it's awful that they turn off the taps. I have lunch or dinner there once a week.

I made a mistake by driving to the wrong lane for a pick up order in the middle of the night. Whomever [older lady] was there tonight had to come out to bring my order. I felt bad when I noticed she was bringing me my food so I pulled up to meet her. She was upset and started lecturing and explaining that she was the only one there and how I need to be at the other window before she could even began fussing, I apologized and apologized once more. She had an attitude the entire time and just kinda shoved the bags at me once I confirmed my orders. Never experienced this until now at this location. Scared to eat my food too, what if she spit in it or something and I'm a kidney patient. Yikes! Waste of money due to an honest mistake on my part.

Don't bother going after 8pm the staff doesn't seem to know how to read their system and give out the proper items NUMEROUS times, every time somehow managing to take 20-30 minutes to make a singular burger and a COLD fry with no one else in line

This is overall a pretty good location. Burgers are always nice and the staff super friendly.

One note to management, please cook the fries at a higher temperate or leave them in longer. Last 3 times I’ve been there fries has been soggy.

**9/13– fries still soggy. Maybe management should spot check. Dropped a star

Didn't check my order till I got home. I added cheese to my burger and it was missing. Added the Verde sauce and it was missing. Order a medium and large fry, got two medium.

I said I had a coupon when I was at the drive through for a free burger. I drove up to pay and asked if they need to scan my app for it. The girl in the window said, ohhhh I charged you for it already. I said okay can you refund it? She had her manager process the refund but instead of refunding just the burger she refunded the entire amount. This made me upset as it takes forever for the refund to be put back on my card. Karla came to the window with a stank face on, and tried to say I didn’t tell her. Of course I got pissed because I definitely did tell her. Then she said; well there was 2 people taking your order, with a really crappy attitude. I told her next time she should listen to the customers.

Was told in the drive thru that they were too understaffed to take my order. And then when another worker asked for my order she said it would take 30 minutes. There was only one other car.
