This is my second time giving this place a try after being under new ownership/management. I ordered three large fries for $20 and the total amount of fries in the 3 orders put together probably equal what should be one order of large fries. Food was at least hot this time and not burnt. The last time I came was about a year ago, and my chicken was so dark brown that there is no way that they visibly did not see it was burnt. After a year of staying away, I decided to try it again, but honestly, it’s not worth the money.

Little disappointed that they don’t offer any free water BUT the wings soooo good 5 star. The flavors are extremely flavorful ranch was sooo good so I’ll be back for more

Thier customer service is so bad, its almost a joke. Thier phone number may as well be out of service. Because it doesnt even allow you to call the store, just a recording telling you to order online. And if you do you want SOME RESEMBLANCE of customer service, it has to be through email.
This latest time i went through the drive through without much incident; but ive had visited this location several times in the past all had terrible customer service.
If you're unfortunate enough to go through thier lobby (which they often close down, even during operating hours) Youll be left with an unattentive and rude cashier who will seem bothered by your presence.
Looking past the litteral worst customer service that is humanely possible; thier food is actually great. Probably the best chicken wings in all of Katy. 3/5 would go again.

I took my dad there to eat a few months back since we were in Katy for a veterans appt. That was the worst service i'v ever had from a restraunt & cook. The cashier & cook got into a screaming fight because the cook wouldn't cook my fries that i ordered until i gave back the carrots that they gave us instead. The cashier said he called the owner but not sure if he actually did.. I gave the carrots back just to get my fries.. The drinks tasted like crap too.. I would not eat there again. Very unprofessional cook..

This place is amazing! The wings are so tasty, fresh, hot, and made to order. I had the 8 PC. 4 jerk, 4 garlic parmesean, fries, and a drink combo. Crispy delicious goodness. The restaurant decor and atmosphere is very nice. The owner, family, staff, very welcoming!

The wings I had were amazing! They let me try a sauce of my choice and the buffalo Parmesan was soooooo good. Honestly the drinks are horrible, even the lemonade was warm. But the chili cheese fries were also really good! Ranch was good!

Lunch on a Tuesday and I was the only one in the place. Wings are so overpriced I didn't order as many as I would normally have. Fries are ok. Dining area was hot and they played urban hip/hop.
