Last weekend marked a special milestone for an organization I have the privilege of being a member. With an event scheduled for approximately 50 people, we wanted a variety of light bites.
Not only did they offer exactly what we wanted and needed, they went above and beyond to ensure we had more than enough, exceeding expectations.
Food: An assortment of wings, catfish, shrimp, and fries. Flavorful, delicious, and plentiful. The sauces enhanced the food and everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
Customer Service: Food was timely prepared, packaged to prevent any spillage and to preserve heat and taste, and was even transported to the vehicle. The impeccable care shown is unparalleled and unmatched! How you treat people matters and everyone I encountered made it a point to show hospitality, kindness, and superb customer service , a trait sorely missed these days.
Atmosphere: Restaurant is very clean and inviting. Not the biggest, but great to have family dinner, grab lunch, or even hang out with friends. Several different parties were eating and ordering as my catering was being packaged and all seemed to be enjoying themselves and their food.
The bonus was when the owners offered an a la carte sample dinner at no additional cost. It was a welcomed surprise and further demonstrates how Wingeats Chicken & Fish cares about their customers.
