I ordered mango habanero and hot buffalo wings, and both had a strange sour taste, almost like they were previously seasoned with lemon pepper. The flavor was completely off and very unpleasant. I was extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted by the quality. This experience was bad enough that I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I just posted a review about the wings I received, which were unacceptable. After that, I called the store to address the issue, and the experience was just as disappointing. The employee I spoke with showed no empathy and acted like they didn’t care at all. There was no attempt to listen or resolve the problem. Between the food quality and the lack of customer service, this location has lost my business.

I’m really impressed with the service and food quality at this Wingstop location. The team was incredibly helpful, especially when my boyfriend wasn’t sure what to order. They advised him on the best value options and made sure he walked away with a meal that fit what he wanted without overspending. Excellent customer service!

As for the food- flawless. Our fries were perfectly crispy with great seasoning, and the chicken was so fresh it was still steaming by the time we got home. Everything tasted like it was made to order.

I don’t always take the time to leave reviews, but this experience deserved it. Highly recommend this Wingstop. We’ll definitely be returning!

I’m done giving Wingstop chances. They never get our order right not once. It’s ridiculous. Trying to place an order is a whole struggle because you can’t even understand the person taking it. If you can’t communicate with customers, why are you answering the phone?

It honestly feels like the owners just do not care. The bad reviews online say everything, and nothing has changed. They clearly don’t read them or don’t take pride in their business. The service is sloppy, the staff is unbothered, and the overall experience is a joke.

If you want cold food, wrong orders, and zero customer service, Wingstop has you covered. Everyone else takes your money somewhere that actually respects customers.

Employees don’t seem to care about what you order. Asked for boneless and got verbal confirmation of my order. Got home, had Bone-In. Not a big deal but a major inconvenience, kind of threw my day off.

Order was completely wrong I live over 45 minutes away from the location got all the way home and called them when I noticed they gave me buffalo wings instead of the Cajun dry rub I ordered and they had on the receipt but they barely spoke English couldn’t understand me and told me to bring the food back or they couldn’t do anything about it I would have but I live too far away I even asked if they could let another wing stop know what’s going on and I bring them in there and get the right order but to no avail they didn’t understand me at all very rude they all stood there in a huddle when I was waiting to order then when it was my time the young lady was so nonchalant and not very helpful and seemed agitated 0/10

The worst wing stop I’ve encountered, I called to order my food ahead of time and was on hold for 15 minutes for them just to hang up on me. I called again and when they answered all they said was oh, what kind of service is being provided to returning customers? Highly frustrated as I had already ordered food from elsewhere and was calling ahead to just pick up my food from here. These employees are so careless and inconsiderate of peoples time.

I wanted to place an order for pick up. The person that answered the phone doesn’t speak English well, so I asked to speak to the manager. The person tells me that the manager is busy and can’t talk right now. Horrible service. I didn’t even get a “can I take your number to have her call you back”.

Annoying and cant count. Only gave me 7 wings in my 10 piece. Fries has no seasoning. I'm not about to argue over 3 wings but that is sad.

My daughter and I visited this wing stop the night of 07/30/2025. The experience was horrible until Ariel stepped in. My daughter was asked to wait for her food, yet to be provided old food. As we waited, I watch the young lady Ariel work so hard. She putting up chairs, wiping down the restaurant, cleaning the soda machine, sweeping outside, etc. The other employees just standing around looking in their phones. Whenever a customer walks in, Ariel would stop her cleaning to serve customers. This been my third time visiting this location and seeing this one young lady work so hard and others are in their phones. After getting our order, we notice the food was old. So, me informing you of all things Ariel was doing, you can imagine the time we waited to have to turn around. Ariel stop what she was doing to serve us the proper way. She need a raise. She is going above and beyond, so I hope this location don’t allow it to go unnoticed. Every dollar has value, so start hiring employees who hold value.

Worst service ever!!! They don't even speak to you properly, you call 5 times and all 5 times they put you on hold when there are like 8 people standing around doing nothing, just standing there on their cell phones and there's no pleasure in even buying a drink.
