My daughter and I visited this wing stop the night of 07/30/2025. The experience was horrible until Ariel stepped in. My daughter was asked to wait for her food, yet to be provided old food. As we waited, I watch the young lady Ariel work so hard. She putting up chairs, wiping down the restaurant, cleaning the soda machine, sweeping outside, etc. The other employees just standing around looking in their phones. Whenever a customer walks in, Ariel would stop her cleaning to serve customers. This been my third time visiting this location and seeing this one young lady work so hard and others are in their phones. After getting our order, we notice the food was old. So, me informing you of all things Ariel was doing, you can imagine the time we waited to have to turn around. Ariel stop what she was doing to serve us the proper way. She need a raise. She is going above and beyond, so I hope this location don’t allow it to go unnoticed. Every dollar has value, so start hiring employees who hold value.

I will never return to this Wingstop again. I live 40 minutes away, so imagine my frustration when I get home and realize the entire order is completely wrong. I ordered three different wing flavors: Barbecue, Louisiana Rub, and Honey Rub – and what did I get? Naked, unseasoned wings. No flavor, no sauce, no rub – nothing. Just bland, undercooked chicken that I couldn’t even eat safely.
On top of that, my fries were supposed to be seasoned, and even those came plain. Seriously, how do you mess up fries? When I called to speak to someone, Gabriel answered and said the managers had already left – which is wild considering they’re letting food like this leave the kitchen. Uncooked and completely wrong orders being handed out? That’s not just bad service, it’s unsafe and unacceptable.
This was a waste of time, money, and gas. Don’t bother going here unless you want to be disappointed and hungry. I won’t be coming back.
