This is the worst wing stop in Katy … every one there are Mexicans that don’t speak English litterley no one speaks English … they mess up the orders and give cold food then don’t want to do anything about it but furthermore you have to have a translater to try to even talk to them about the problem … the general manager is a idiot this is the worst customer service in the world it’s a practical joke don’t order from here there just gonna mess up your food

This place is horrible and needs to be revamped ASAP. The soda machine is ALWAYS down. Nobody in that facility speaks English, or that's their claim, so their customer service is very VERY poor. The managers always have an attitude even though THEY are the ones that made the mistake(s). They are always messing up orders and never compensate or want to give refunds for items they are out of. Why would I pay for fries that I'm not receiving? Run me my money.

Employees that work at this store are very disrespectful very rude I placed an order today around 1:40 didn’t receive my order til almost 2:30 an when I did receive my order EVERYTHING was cold fries chicken an my drink was watered down my Uber eats person waited almost 40 mins for my order an had to call me twice because they where taking forever then I call the store to let them know my order had been cold kids playing on the phone got hung up on an put on hold on the middle of me talking not to mention when I asked for management they said he doesn’t speak English an he was busy I call again to try an speak to someone an they are playing on the phone again atp ion even want my food re done or a refund I’ll jus won’t order here again that was very horrible experience

Order was incorrect with the wrong amount of wings given. Ordered 75 pieces and only received 45. Staff was not attentive to customers and was carrying on very loud personal conversations while customers were waiting. Asked for plates which were not included.

I am being generous with the 2 star review. I called in my order. A 15 piece combo for two. 10 lemon pepper and 5 louisiana rub with fries and 2 drinks.When I arrived, I was told my order was not ready. As I waited, I watched the cashier who was more interested in his phone than customers. After everyone in the place had gotten their order, I went back to the cashier and asked for my food.My meal of course had been sitting there for awhile since it was cold. At least the wings were, but the fries were somewhat warm. When I got home, I noticed only 10 lemon pepper and 3 for the other flavor.Food was cold and was not given everything I paid for. Please check your food before leaving.I have gone to this location several times, but this was the worse service ever. And it was not busy.Eat here at your own peril. I did.

Picked up my order last night 1 hour before close when I got home the fries weren’t cooked completely they were soggy and cold with absolutely no seasoning. I then took a bite of my classic mild wings and those were undercooked, pink, cold, and had a horrible smell like bad meat. I had to throw away a 30.00 dinner after calling to speak to the manager to get this corrected and he himself did not assist at all I sat on the call for 10 minutes listening to him pretend he couldn’t hear me. DO BETTER people get sick cooking undercooked food!

I definitely recommend that you place your order ahead of time! Went on a Saturday night, and the place was busy (understandably so). I placed my order while I was there, but my name was never called. After waiting for a good while I went to the front, I saw the guy grab my order from the rack to give to me. Possibly got busy and forgot I was there, no biggie, but my fries were stale like they'd been sitting under a light awhile, and food was warm. I love wing stop, and they rarely mess up my orders, but please order ahead of time and pick up on time to get fresh food!
