My order was incorrect and had to be remade. I asked if I could give the 1st order to the homeless guy on the corner and they refused. Said they have to count the chicken and then they keep it for themselves. I just find that to be selfish.

The fact that my order was intentionally messed up due to it being closing time lets me know Everybody who worked on the food line tonight needs to be FIRED! I don’t have money to waste and if I get off at Midnight and choose this establishment to patronize with my hard earned money I should be treated with respect especially when it comes to food I’m going to consume!!!! I will be asking for the cameras to be played back. Count the hours this is messed up!!!!!

I asked for Lemon pepper they gave me parm cheese no seasoning and they clearly threw it in the box and didn’t flip them same for my Cajun wings it’s literally a drizzle of sauce on one side I’m furious

My experience was entirely disappointing. First my order was prepared completely incorrectly Second, and more concerning, when I attempted to correct the error, I was assisted by an employee named Anabella whose attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. Her lack of professionalism was unacceptable Furthermore, the employee's appearance was very unprofessional: she was wearing a button-up shirt with a very low neckline that exposed her bust excessively, which is inappropriate for a food service work environment I sincerely hope that management takes serious measures regarding the quality of service, staff attitude, and strict enforcement of the dress code For now I would not recommend this location

Love this Wingstop location! The wings are always crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and the fries are consistently fresh and tasty. I’ve never had any issues with my orders, and I’ll gladly go out of my way just to order from this location. Highly recommend!

Wingstop is absolutely the best place to eat!
The food is always fresh, the wings are perfectly crispy, and the flavors are amazing especially the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper! The staff are friendly, the service is fast, and the restaurant is always clean. Every visit is a great experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving delicious wings and good vibes! 🍗🔥

I eat at Wingstop quite often, but this is the absolute worst location. This has happened to me on two other occasions, but I figured that I would give it another shot since the location had just opened at the time. I ordered hot honey, and they came with absolutely no seasoning on them and now the location is closed. Absolutely ridiculous and I will not be ordering from this location moving forward.

Horrible service, they didn’t know how to do anything. You went up to one worker and they were lost. I literally saw one person go up to a worker to pick up her order and the worker just went on their phone and ignored the customer. That persons order was already done, how do I know? I was starting at it. They are not organized and their app says 8-13 minutes done however you go to pick up they say it’s actually 30-40 minutes. Just awful, nothing good to say at all. To top it off I got my order wrong.

We ordered dinner online, when the order arrived the bag was open. The uber driver said “sorry for the bag it opened” fries looked to be short and who knows what else. The drinks were also missing. After calling the store and holding for 5 minutes they wanted to charge me again to remake the order. Once I was able to speak with the manager they wanted to remake the food. Due to the tone and smugness in their voice, not to mention the cussing in the back ground I did Not feel comfortable having them make any food. They refused to refund the money on the incomplete and open order. We ordered online on ten wingstop website and he kept insisting to go in DoorDash app even though that was made clear multiple times. When asking for the number to corporate they refused and chuckled.

Great venue, very clean, staff is very nice. Food is/was amazing. Service was fast(even if u have it delivered), the atmosphere was not crowded. Affordable. I definitely recommend this Wingstop.
