Placed an order at 8:19pm and 1 hour later still no food! My name was showing on the screen with an order ready status, yet no one knows what happened to my food. No apology from the employees or an effort to make it right. Our family went home without food. This location is terrible!!

Had an awesome experience at Wingstop! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The service was top notch and the atmosphere was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made dining here really enjoyable.
A big shoutout to Christoffe. He went above and beyond! He had such a great attitude, was fun to talk to, and made us feel very welcome. Employees like him make a huge difference, and he definitely made our visit memorable. I’ll for sure be coming back!

Worst franchise to order from. So disfunctional. Orders are always slow in preparing, then they mess up your order accuracy. Ordered online and said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited an extra 45 minutes at the store. Employees were arguing with customers. No manager onsite and minimal work force to cover the demand.

I’m done eating Wingstop. They changed the fries and they were so overcooked they were inedible and had very little seasoning. The parm wings were sooooo dry and bland. Cajun wings had so little sauce they seemed like regular dry buffalo wings. Please make a hard pass on this location unless it’s all locations now that suck.

Consistently terrible. You can order on door dash or toast or wingstop .com and Consistently get trash service from this particular location. Been ordering for years and no one can match the deals, only reason i keep expecting better some day..... except you don't get what you order. So better to go in and check the bag your self or try wang shack and pay twice as much. Delivery is risky at best.
The cashier was really nice and friendly. Greeted everyone that came in.

The place is new and looks dirty, the bathroom is full of paper and smells bad, the food was okay but the fries were poorly served, much less than what it should have been. I understand this place is run by young people, but I wonder what the supervisors do! Do they work or not?

Good wings, but the flying insects that swarmed our table while trying to eat was a little off-putting. We moved to another table, to no avail. Gross.

If I could give zero stars I would. I visited Saturday, June 7. I went to place an order and the lady who was upfront her name is Patricia was very mean and rude. I only placed an order with two items and they took around 40 minutes to deliver it only because Patricia told my partner to wait to order because she needed to take a phone call from a person who had been calling the restaurant and she admitted had been ignoring it. I observed her as I was waiting for my order, and I saw how she would treat DoorDash employees and people who would arrive to place an order, feeling entitled and making sarcastic and rude jokes. I love this location and I hadn't had any issue till that day, which made it very unpleasant for my partner and I I hope she is removed from this location or she fixes her attitude.
I’m giving this location 2 stars. I made a specific request for my wings to be light on the sauce — they said no problem, but when I got my order, the wings were absolutely drenched, not just in sauce but in oil too. It was messy and honestly unappetizing. On top of that, the floor was dangerously slippery. I get that it’s a wing spot, but basic safety and attention to customer requests shouldn’t be optional. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.
I’m a frequent customer here. Expect to wait 30min for your order. Absolutely terrible, I can see at-least 10 employees just standing there doing nothing. Horrible customer service, & no sense of urgency.
I learned with past experiences, you have to place your order 30min before you actually wanna pick up. Because this location is always behind.
