I usually really like this place. But today I picked up some wings and my original hot were so dry. I'm used to seeing sauce dripping off them. There was barely any sauce on the paper under them. Also, the ranch seemed watered down this time. It's usually so thick and rich. Not sure if this was just one bad batch or what, but next time I'm craving wings, I'm gonna have to try another spot around here.

HORRIBLE !! worst service ever. They forgot to prepare my order. I complained but nobody cared. Stay away of this place.
They think that “say sorry” fix the problem.

I have not been to Wingstop in over 10 years. I ordered my food, then walked to a neighboring business for about 10 minutes and came back. While waiting, I noticed they had a special for the day that I was not informed about. Which took my bill from $40 down to $25 for the exact same food. I got all of that sorted and re-ordered. And I watch people come in after the second time I was in there, order food and receive it before I got my food. Mind you, I put my food order in 20 minutes earlier. It took over 45 min to get my food. I could’ve gone to a steakhouse, waited to be seated, ordered a well done steak (even though I would never order that temp) and gotten my food and eaten it in the amount of time it took me to get a few wings.

They did not give me my order correctly at all I went to the store and it’s so many people working it should be no way that they could not get my order right I didn’t get any of my fries or ranches and I ordered online so how could they not see that I’m missing food and I called back to let them know and the man on the phone sounded so nonchalant like he didn’t even care and was rushing me to get off the phone just saying anything telling me he’ll give me a refund and didn’t even ask for my name do not go to this wingstop there’s employees eating in the back while they have so many people in the store waiting like they didn’t even care they should be embarrassed and don’t even know how to do their job right

I placed my food order at 4:54PM, got to the store at 5:55 just to find out they skipped over my order and made me wait another 30-45 mins to get my order. Their soda machine is ALWAYS out of ice & the workers are rude. When we got our food, it was completely COLD and they barely put ANY sauce on my tenders. Overall, horrible customer service.

I want my money back for this drink, order #6584364874 you guys had nothing in for drinks just diet lemonade. It is always like this why? 5-16-24. 3-23-25. Why can’t yall just get one order correct here? No seasoning on the Cajun corn?

I went to this location for the first time and I had the worst experience, the chicken wings were raw and by the time I noticed by daughter had already eaten 2, I had to throw them away . They need to be careful with raw chicken as it can send someone to the hospital.

Came in tonight after placing an order online. I arrived at the time the order was supposed to be ready. We walked in and NOBODY ever addressed us. Employees enjoying their drinks and not greeting guest. So I eventually asked was anybody was going to check on us as we were there for a while standing in the pick up area. I said to the young guy who just seemed clueless the entire time… “why do I have to speak up to get service?” he replies huh. This guy can’t even do simple customer service. So I then said I’m here for (my order name) he says it’s not ready yet. Ok that’s fine so we sit and wait for 15 min just for some lady to ask the name of our order then goes and get it right away. The reason I’m pissed enough to write a review is my food was one of the bags sitting there the entire time. So when the lady handed me the bag I said it’s been sitting there the whole time, the lady rolled her eyes. Just horrible customer service. I hate that I’m paying my hard earned money and get piss poor customer service.

I placed an order through DoorDash for an 8-piece classic wing combo, lemon pepper, well done. However, upon receiving my order, I noticed that the wings were neither well done nor properly seasoned. I immediately called the restaurant, only to be placed on hold twice.

Since my concerns were not addressed over the phone, I decided to visit the location in person to have my order corrected. I clearly restated my order, yet when they prepared a new batch, it was still incorrect—they had added sauce to my lemon pepper wings. After waiting yet again, they sent out another order, which I quickly realized was my original batch of wings that had simply been refried and re-seasoned. I know this because I had already bitten into one wing prior to returning.

This experience was completely unacceptable. Not only did I have to wait multiple times for a corrected order, but the final resolution was unsanitary and dishonest. Not to mention- I am pregnant! As a loyal Wingstop customer, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of quality control and customer service at this location.

Worst experience. It took 30 minutes for 8 wings and the lobby was completely empty. I ordered them wet. They came out dry, and when I asked for them to make them wet. They just dumped some sauce on top....the female staff were not friendly at all. There is usually a guy that's actually polite. I'd rather go to another location. No wonder the lobby was empty at noon on a sat2.
