I went into Wingstop tonight and A pale ball headed guy has to be the nastiest person I’ve ever encountered in Wingstop. I live right down the street and I will never come back in that Wingstop again. Lord forbid he is the manager. IF HE IS TIRED I PRAY TO GOD HE GETS SOME REST. IJN

Terrible, I would have given this place a no star if I could. This location has definitely gone downhill. The associates attitude at the register was as pleasing as a walk through the cemetery on a rainy day! I ordered a 10 piece bone-in well done. Paid and sat down for no more than a minute when she had my order ready. I said that all the times I've ordered well-done I've always waited at least 10-15 minute. After inspecting the order and seeing that it was NOT well-done, I asked for a refund which the manager gave me. I'm done with this location and going to the other location. So sad, I used to enjoy coming here!

Ordered online, never received my order or a refund! When I called to speak to the manager, Jesus was never available. His team kept telling me each day he wasn’t the because he went to the bank, then the other location etc. I even showed up at the store and my money was not refunded. Do not ever order online or from this location they will STEAL your money!
They dont check the orders when are send out, i had to drive back to get my order right, i ordered thru uber eats to get a promo and they forgot to include the promo. Waste of time on paying a delivery service and not getting it right. Bag was sealed when it was handed to me by the uber eats driver.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had with them. They weren’t busy at all and they didn’t have the order ready on time, we waited an extra 5 mins after posted time and still wasn’t ready. We took it home and noticed some things were missing and when we went back to ask for missing items I was told “ you didn’t check it before you left” as if I’m on the clock and the order was for my mom so I don’t even know what the order fully consist of. Very unprofessional and rude and no wonder why they are slow.

Placed a large online order since this month they’re advertising “Free Delivery” on their website n thought we’d try it out.. Wings were average ( arrived cold) but no fries. I called the store about it, where at first they denied delivering my food and insisted they don’t deliver (even though I ordered straight from their site, then blamed their driver for “probably” eating our fries, then said to go ahead & leave a bad review because they can’t deliver anyway —-avg wings, cold food, bad service, missing food, denying deliveries… better off going somewhere else
