HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE … the moment my colleagues and I walked in we were met with a horrendously inappropriate attitude, this was on late afternoon/early evening on 3/3/24. The extremely heavyset female cashier behind the counter behaved as if she wanted to physically ASSAULT us. We immediately walked out.We are all working professionals; decided to have WingStop before the end of the day. This was on our family/friends meet and greet weekend. This restaurant was picked for great food and relaxed atmosphere.We barely walked in and approached the counter when we were met with this disgusting behavior.The poor woman sweeping behind this individual looked like she had just been traumatized and had tears in her eyes. We are NEVER returning here again!!!We traveled another 12 minutes to a different WingStop location (Spring Green blvd) where we were met by polite and professional staff, great service, and amazing food.Whoever hired this person needs to reconsider, this used to be a decent place to grab some wings in our beloved Cinco Ranch area.. what have you done to this place?? This NEEDS to be reported to CORPORATE, we might go the extra step.Never again.

Customer service is severely lacking. And they're not embarrassed to tell you to your face there's no one to package your order the way you'd like, or get it right in the first place. Food can be extremely salty at times.

Nov 2023 - Wingstop on Mason Rd here in Cinco Ranch/ Katy was great today, thanks to Sol. She did an exceptional job helping us order and delivering our food to the table. She even asked if everything was "ok" halfway through our lunch. The service was great. The place was clean. The atmosphere was typical of a Wingstop. I love the new drink dispenser. My special order came out perfect. I like my wings crispy and wet.
