Our bartender, Josh, turned us on to the World of Beer App on our phones! The shake and share part of the app turned us on to beers that we would have NEVER thought to try before! 10/10 will be using this app every visit because of him! Great experience!

I really wanted to like this place, I really did. I went with my brother and his wife and while the food was decent, I guess going on St. Patrick's was a terrible idea. There was a DJ on the patio and at one point the music was turned up to the point where we could no longer hear each other... All the way inside. But the main reason why I'm one giving one start is because I got AN ALERT ON MY CREDIT CARD. My server (who was kind of terrible but I forgave it because it was so busy) had the great idea to CHANGE MY TIP AMOUNT SO HE GOT A 43% TIP. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. I will absolutely not be coming back.

I gave this place several chances. If I go in with a group, the service is quick and very friendly. However if I go in on my own, I am totally ignored. This happened on 3 separate occasions. Attempt 1, I sat on the patio on a Saturday afternoon. It wS a little busy. I was alone. I sat there for 45 minutes without a single interaction with staff. Meanwhile, the table next to me , with couples or family, were being serviced. So. I LEFT. Attempt 2. Again I came aline. But this time I sat inside. Same thing happened. No contact for over 30 minutes utes. A gain I left without being served. Last Attempt. Inside again. I could see several servers just standing around. Not to busy. Still the same thing happened. My conclusion is that because I am older and fluffy, I am invisible to them. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

There always seems to be an issue with this location.My friends and I love to do trivia during the work week, and have tried WOB a few times in the past few months.One of our first visits, the food took so long after ordering. They were pretty busy for a Thursday night and understaffed so we let it go but it seemed ridiculous to wait 30+ minutes for a water refill (we were eating the ice or to even see our waitress.On another visit, the floor was so slippery. Even with tennis shoes, it felt dangerous to walk and much safer to just slide your feet lol.Our last visit seemed to be the nail in the coffin for our group coming to this location. A waiter decided to reserved multiple tables for his own customers. As far as we know this location does not do reservations and our waiter confirmed it as well. So our group of 6 had to squeeze into a table meant for 4 for the majority of our time there. It just was very unprofessional and maybe that other waiter was getting higher tips or something under the table to prioritize his own customers ahead of people there early.I had ordered the crispy chicken tacos from their happy hour menu and the chicken tender on the taco was unbelievably small. It was basically the size of a Chik Fil A nugget. I am not one to complain about food portions but I couldn’t stop myself from asking our waiter if this was acceptable. Our waiter said that the cooks are saying that’s how the chicken tenders are coming out tonight, which was a weird response but offered nothing other than to shrug his shoulders. At the end of the day, it was $6 so I wasn’t going to make too much of it but I would think they should at least include another tender to actually fill out the taco. Another table ordered the crispy chicken taco, and their’s was appropriately sized. Coincidentally, it was a table that the other waiter reserved so to me, it seemed like other customers were getting preferred treatment.Just overall, very poor customer service. The food is generally pretty good and our group does well enough on trivia to get a gift certificate to come back but this time we decided to leave early, even forgoing our winnings because we had no plans to come back.

Terrible trivia night experience. My friends and I have been on and off coming here, and every time we return, the experience is worse.Apparently there is reserved seating but only if you’re friends with the staff. Our party was forced to seat at a table meant for 4.My friend ordered the fried chicken tacos and the piece of chicken was laughably small. The food was not taken back and was told the size of chicken was normal .We will not be coming back to this establishment

So my friends and I wanted to have some fun and go to trivia night. My wife and I showed up an hour early to get a table that could fit 6. We walked in and tried to sit down at an open table but a waiter came up to us and told us table 1 was reserved, so we then walked to table 2 , and the same waiter followed us telling us that table 2 was reserved. Then proceeded to write “reserved” on blank paper and place them on tables that we just walked too. We thought it was weird since this place doesn’t reserve, but we just figured it’s a new thing and we sat at a small booth for 4. Apparently, this waiter went rogue and started reserving his own tables which he then waited for. Heard that same waiter tell a group of people who showed up later that if they wanted to get a big table they should have showed up early. It’s annoying because another waiter told us that they don’t do reservations, but apparently the rogue waiter just went over the boss’s head and did his own thing. It’s just annoying to deal with. Done coming to this place. There’s lots of other places that have trivia where you don’t have to deal with this.

I always come here for the themed brunches! It makes everything more fun! I went for the Harry Potter and the Taylor Swift days! The food is always so good and made fresh and the drinks have such a wide variety! On top of that the staff is always welcoming and cool! (Freddy included) Super chill vibes, can’t wait for the next themed brunch! ??

Me and a couple of friends went to watch the UFC fight and our server was really rude to us from the moment we arrived. We ordered food and drinks then our server rudly told us that if we didn't order something every hour they would charge us $10 an hour to watch the fight. We have never heard of a policy that enforced a rule like that. We kindly asked for a manager and he did explain to us that it was a restaurant policy. We completely understood but we did not see the staff enforce that rule to any one else in the restaurant who did not order something every hour. If we were told this in a kindly manner we would've understood and kept ordering but we felt forced to leave.

My experience was awesome. My bartender was amazing, he very helpful. Very attentive person. Services awesome and quick. Must see Josh because he's an awesome person. Josh is a great bartender, very crucial person to have always keep them around cuz he makes people smile especially me.

I came with a group of my friends for Taylor Swift trivia night and had the BEST time. The restaurant was packed with swifties and had 26 teams competing and drinking/eating. Our server Freddy was so attentive and on top of everything even though the restaurant was insanely busy!! We never felt ignored or unseen by him and he always ensured that we had everything we needed. He was so quick with everything and he didn’t even seem to be breaking a sweat! I was truly amazed. I will definitely be coming back and asking for Freddy’s section.
