My Boo and I are extremely thankful to have found this ? tucked away in the new comings around Katy Mills Mall! Great atmosphere, Kind Customer Service, and Amazing Bevs and Vittles (Lemonades, Smoothies, Gourmet Bowls, Scrumdiliumptious Bites)!

Pretty darn cool place. It's clean, the food is good and the staff is very friendly and courteous. I had the macadamia nut and honey cold brew. Not too sweet and quite delicious. I also had the teriyaki chicken flatbread - it was good but be aware it's a cold sandwich, that caught me off guard. The dining room is very clean. The atmosphere with the reggae/Island music was very nice, but just a little loud. Overall, I'm pleased. Give em a try!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I sought out this location in search of real Kona coffee. The coffee, as well as the entire experience was terrible!! They had no decaffeinated coffee, nor packets of sugar substitute (other than bulk monk fruit). This place serves coffee, correct? There were 3 young ladies working there and NO customers. Each one seemed to know less than the other. "Do you have decaf? Let me check." "Do you have sweetener other than sugar? Let me check." And please don't try to tell me that this is the way they do it in HI. I just spent a week there, and it wasn't my first trip to the Islands. Two of the three had to work on the receipt printer to try to get it to print something other than a blank piece of paper before finally figuring out that the paper roll was in upside down. To whomever is the franchise owner, did you provide ANY training to these young ladies before allowing them to work at your location by themselves, or did you just intentionally set them up to fail? With these practices, the terrible product, and the lack of procedures in place, I can't see how you'll be in business very long.

tried to try this place out because my friend recommended it. i arrived at 7pm today & google says they close at 8pm. as i arrived 2 of the employees were leaving & locked up & looked at me laughing as they were walking away to their car. not even a note on the door. guess i won’t be back to try it out sorry.

there was no storm in the area & businesses next to them & around them had power. we literally saw them shut off the lights so don’t even say you lost power.

I’ve been here in Dallas and was so happy to find one in Houston. I love the lemonades and the bowls. My only complaint is you are charged for substituting one fruit for another in the açaí bowls which I think is ridiculous. I dont like blueberries and always switch it for banana, but it’s an upcharge. Also if substitutions are an issue they should try a create your own bowl option. If this was changed I’d definitely come more often.

Amazing bowls, wonderful service and very clean. I got the mangonada bowl which was honestly very good and creamy sorbet like. Loved the whole experience!!
