The old hag at this place is a mean grinch who drives everyone away with her bad attitude. I walked in to read my books from BAM holding a shake in hand when she barked at me from behind the counter telling me to not sit and eat here unless you buy something. Meanwhile there’s another kid my age sitting reading with Burger King with no problem at all. Shes a complete nut.

It tastes horrible, not like a frozen yogurt, but like a over sugary sorbet? and expensive??
They want you to spend $10 and don't let you sample it first. Everyother place like this let's you sample it first. Hard pass

it was my favorite place, nowadays I'm disgusted ?
I took a strawberry yogurt, which actually tasted and looked like a Sorbet. On Asking the cashier Phil Hartman , he confirmed it was a yogurt . I asked him to confirm if it was actually correct as even the online photos looked different & there didn't appear to be any creaminess to it . He had a very condescending attitude and was rude & didnt seem to care what I was saying .
Went to BAM to return a book and, got a $2 off coupon to try the yogurt, but when I went to YM i was told to pay full price. I'm confused why we received the coupon and weren't able to use it. This was in Katy mills mall, Katy tx, January 5, 2021, between 3pm and 4pm our cashier was Cory m. The yogurt was good btw but me and my girlfriend just felt dupped by the coupon. :(
