We had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience at this frozen yogurt shop. We came in to buy a frozen yogurt for our son, but things took a turn when we mistakenly grabbed a spoon from the front counter. As soon as the man who appeared to be the manager told us we weren’t supposed to take one, we immediately threw it away and even apologized.

Instead of moving on, he approached us in a rude and aggressive manner, implying we were trying to steal frozen yogurt—which was completely untrue and uncalled for. When we asked why he was speaking to us that way, he got even more hostile and told us to leave the store. At first, we thought he was joking, but he was dead serious.

We calmly asked what his issue was since all we were doing was trying to buy a treat for our son. He then called over another employee and accused us of reaching behind the register and attempting to steal, which was entirely false. When I tried to explain what really happened, the employee refused to listen and told us they “have the right to refuse service to any customer” and asked us to leave.

The entire situation felt like an overreaction fueled by assumptions and poor customer service. We left feeling disrespected and shocked. Definitely will not be returning, and I hope management takes a serious look at how they treat people.

The fro-yo tasted good and the prices were reasonable, just wished there were more options for its flavors. What made it all worth it was the staff member/cashier. I don't recall his name, but he was extremely courteous and helpful.

My son went to ask if he could have a sample of a flavor and instead of politely saying that they don't allow it, the cashiers instead laughed at him and told him no!! It wouldn't allow me to give them 0 stars or I would. That's just poor customer service!

The old hag at this place is a mean grinch who drives everyone away with her bad attitude. I walked in to read my books from BAM holding a shake in hand when she barked at me from behind the counter telling me to not sit and eat here unless you buy something. Meanwhile there’s another kid my age sitting reading with Burger King with no problem at all. Shes a complete nut.

They want you to spend $10 and don't let you sample it first. Everyother place like this let's you sample it first. Hard pass
