We recently used Zach's Shack for a wedding shower serving about 50 people. Ronnie did a fabulous job. The meats were smoked to perfection and not dry as catered food can sometimes be. Aside from the excellent BBQ, and sides there was apple cobbler and ice cream. Ronnie is very service oriented. He was there early and \\\"draped\\\" the counters for easy cleanup. He cut the portions and served for several hours while people came back for more. This is definitely a great option for catering any event.

Zach Shack is AMAZING!! I can not speak highly enough of Ronnie. Gret service. We have utilized his services at our office 3 times now and each time has been outstanding. Ronnie cuts the barbeque onsite so that it stays as fresh as possible and his peach cobbler is a fan favorite!I would highly recommend him, he even caters to vegetarians! And brings in three different types of meat.Reasonably priced and sooo delicious. He is on our rotation for catering now!
