This is a great place. The tonkotsu Ramen is so flavorful and their chashu so good. They really take care of you if you have any problems. I'll definitely come back here

We got Tonkotsu Ramen, Gyoza, Eel Rice, Seaweed Salad, and Fried Rice. All of them tasted fantastic. We finished all our food.Service was also great! The servers were friendly, attentive, and very quick/responsive.Great place for Japanese food. We would definitely come back.

Came in the guy sat us and didn’t even give us a menu. 10 mins pass no one comes to the table to ask how we’re doing, offer water, drink or even a menu to start looking. Instead we just sat there and my friend was fasting and very hungry and thirsty and just sitting there doing nothing did not help. We over heard the waitress say to another table sorry for the wait we’re busy (they had like 5 tables) we still waited more because its a lot of work on only 1 server. No complaints but then they seat a table give them menus and water and proceed to take their order. We felt unwelcome and got up and left and they just looked at us like it was nothing. The waitress is definitely not to blame she was running around trying to catch up. But the management is beyond terrible for both losing customers, putting their team in a position to run around and not be able to do her job properly, and over all not being able to manage a few tables.

This place is my kids' favorite. They really like the stir-fried rice and the crispy calamari. I gave them 4 stars because last time when I tried the spicy seafood pasta, I almost broke my teeth twice due to the broken tiny pieces of shells from the clams. I'll let them know so hopefully, they will be more careful next time.

The pricing, though, leans toward the higher end, with our bill totaling $50 for two bowls of ramen and a caterpillar roll. On the bright side, the service was attentive and friendly, contributing to a pleasant visit.

I had the Tonkatsu ramen here and the broth was thinned out and tasted off. Ive had the same thing in other places and even in Tokyo but this was the worst Tonkatsu ramen I've ever had and wayyy too expensive for how small the portion was - two small COLD pieces of pork and COLD eggs. Service was good though.

Came here on Christmas Eve night… it was honestly really good!!! The rating wasn’t super high but everything was very tasty. The ramen was excellent and we got some salmon temaki and drinks that were good as well. Vibe is really chill in here, love that they’re open pretty late. Great place!!
