I come here A LOT and spend about $50 for me and my 3 kids. The drinks are really good, but when the girl with red hair is there she is very defensive about everything and the manager has too much pride to apologize when they do something wrong. That is extremely immature for a woman her age. I really don’t like either of them.
Today my ENTIRE order was wrong. They made my drink wrong, they gave me the wrong breakfast item, they didn’t give me a straw, they forgot my daughter’s drink. I was in the drive thru and there was two cars behind me, so I had to go in there to get it and they don’t even have the decency to “apologize” for wasting my time. I like coming here when the two boys are working or the blonde girl. They are extremely kind and caring. Too bad these ladies ruin it. I’m so sad I have to stop coming here, but they don’t care. Time to find a new place.

I first discovered Ziggy’s Coffee about three years ago while taking a back road to Fulshear. I happened to drive past it, decided to stop in, and was welcomed by Tommy and Bree, whose energy set the tone for the entire place. From that first visit, I was hooked; the atmosphere was so warm and inviting that it felt like I had known everyone there for years.
Even though I live in Cypress, I still make the trip at least four times a month just to sit, work, and soak up the vibe. The staff and regulars are genuinely friendly, and there’s an effortless sense of community. I’ve never connected with people in their 20s as much as I do here, but somehow it feels like being among longtime friends. Ziggy’s isn’t just a coffee shop to me; it’s a whole vibe, and one I absolutely love.

The customer service here is unmatched! I’ve been a customer since they opened. I’ve never had a bad experience, never! Staff is pleasant and they always get my order right. Jacob stands out because of his HIGH energy.lol. It is contagious and just what I need first thing in the morning. Oh, and their drinks are yummy. 🤩

I think the guy that made my coffee made it a five star place. Both brothers were super nice and friendly. Coffee was good as well. Nice place to visit if you don't want to settle for buc-ees mediocre coffee.
