I want to take a moment to recognize an employee
Kristina went above and beyond to make my visit a great experience. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile, took my order quickly, and made sure everything was fresh and correct.

When I went to visit the Burger King I was quiet surprised at the service that I received from the young lady I think her name was Kristina she was so sweet and nice and made my day Better

On Sunday 9/7/25, around 12:45 PM we had lunch at Burger King in Kaufman. The place was empty but it was to be expected being sort of late in the afternoon. We placed our order and... Nothing went wrong!. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and we received our order in a timely manner. We (two adults) received king's crowns which we got a giggle out of it.

We went through the drive thru, when we got to the window there was a bit of a wait (not the issue). One of the girls came and handed our bag to us and closed the window but didnt give us the drink, I had to wave them down to come back to the window. She asked what we had so I told her, she closed the window and got it and when she returned I asked if we could have ranch for the mozzarella fries (we ordered 2 things of chicken fries and an order of mozzarella fries and they never asked if we wanted sauce) she proceeded to ROLL her eyes and turn to get 1 ranch and 1 marinara sauce. She never properly greeted us or apologized for the lack of drink or sauce, treated us like we were an inconvenience. The lack of customer service these days is insane!

We had no problems during our visit. Service was fast, and our food was fresh and hot, and made to order. On top of that, we were crowned King and Queen. Oh yeah. I forgot about the Burger King crowns until they gave us 2 in the drive thru. The other Burger joints better step their game up. BK is serving up smiles, as we're having it our way, and they're reminding us we are 👑 royalty 👑 ♥️. Gotta love it.

I requested a freshly cooked burger off the broiler, and the lady accommodated my request by placing new burgers on the broiler. However, they gave me the old cold burger from the meat warmer other worker started preparing my order using burgers from the meat warmer I told manager. I clarified my preference for the freshly cooked burgers, but the manager surprisingly responded by saying were not doing all that provide I thought I could have it my way at BK but I guess not 🍔😡
The drive through employee dropped a large soda on my wife then instead of saying sorry or offering napkins just walked away leaving the poor teenager working at the front to give us our food. We pulled around to get napkins and after going inside the drive through employee (older with black hair) just panicked and walked to the back the gal at the front gave me a cup for water and a bunch of napkins to wash the soda off the inside. I went back to the car washed the soda off of the door and my wife then sat down and went through the food. We were missing one of the Whoppers. So I go back inside ask to see the manager and the manager tells the lady on the headset what does he need I tell her what happened and she just stares at me and goes yeah I'm sorry. The manager couldn't have even been bothered so she gives me the Whopper with no tomato that's literally sitting there from my order 10 minutes previously there's just been sitting there. I'm like awesome I tell her it's the little things that go a long ways and I leave. I won't be back. That was completely uncalled for not even a sorry and I don't know if the drive through lady was the manager or not. I wasn't looking for free stuff I just wanted an apology and to let her know that fast food chain or not if any modern pop business did all of those all at once it would be cutting into their livelihood she's lucky she works at a fast food chain with corporate will float you if you're garbage.
This place is awful and nasty. The morning and lunch crew need to get it together. Food was terrible, got orders messed up and they have poor customer service. Will not be back. I can’t believe this place hasn’t been closed down yet. They would definitely fail inspection!
and they parked me to wait for me and attended another car I don't recommend it at all
Used the drive thru this morning and I could see them making my food. After tell him 3 times my order with no other customers there. The guy working uses his hands to get my hashbrowns, not a scoop. No thanks
