Usually BK is a great place to eat in Kaufman. But tonight I guess the cat was away because the mice were definitely playing 😡😡. It was as if the restaurant was being ran by only children, actually I think children would have done better.
I ordered the food through the app which gave them in writing how I wanted each sandwich and not even that was done correctly.
And to top it all off the food was terrible and all four employees came out to bring one order. Laughing and playing around. We spent like $50 or so and to get treated as if our food didn't matter and servicing us correctly didn't matter.
I won't be back this location.

Haven’t been to burger king in a while but i decided to try it out on a whopper wednesday and i got my food quickly even tho i ordered 3 whopper meals it all came out relatively quick and i saw all the employees working together in a very fast pace to get all the food out i was told my whole family got crowns so that was fun it was a great experience i’ll definitely be coming back 10/10

Excellent service now , I love the whopper Wednesday, I order from drive thru line and there was very fast service , few months ago the service was very slow and I always was missing things on my orders . Also the manager showed me about the APP and rewards, points and how to used it , she was very friendly, I didn't see very well her name because of the angle of her t-shirt but definitely is a new face . Definitely my place to go.
This location is absolutely horrible. Ordered a basic combo (burger and fries). Waited patiently for my number to be called whilst watching cuatiners that came in after me and they're getting their orders before me. Apparently they lost my order. So I asked for a refund and they couldn't figure how to do that. I ended up walking out of there without a refund and without my food. I should have known as soon as I walked because it was dead. Only had 2-3 customers inside. I stopped at Whataburger before but couldn't find a parking spot, so went here instead. I will never eat at another Burger King, ever!!
