I bought fajita to grill and tablitas, thought I'd give it a try being that im new to this area, the flavor was good but the fajita was under seasoned and very rubberband like, the tablita was well seasoned n meat was soft, their guacamole was really good,
Food was good, the staff is really nice and helpful. I asked what she recommend and she said the barbacoa it was 4 out of 5. I also ordered the picadillo taco 4 out 5 and a beef fajita taco 2 out of 5. The tortillas are store made but it was good. The sauce was really thick but spicy it was good 3.5 out 5. I would go again to try the breakfast.
The food at Colungas is delicious, always. We were a little disappointed because we ate inside tonight and they no longer serve chips and hot sauce when you dine in. I was really looking forward to that, but I will get over it! Great food and service!Their gorditas are my favorite!
