I order here frequently and I'm never surprised on how many ways they can mess up my order, I ordered their chicken strip basket today and their toast was so undercooked it looked like they were trying to reverse the process of making bread

I can't take it anymore. I come almost once every 1 to 2 weeks to enjoy a split and I always ask for extra whip because they are stingy and even with extra whip it's pretty much the regular amount they give as usual just the tiniest bit more. I went ahead today and told them extra extra whip and they charged me the extra whip 3 TIMES. I would have been absolutely fine with that if they ACTUALLY GAVE ME EXTRA EXTRA WHIP. They gave me the same amount that they normally do when I get extra whip just once. If braums was closer, it would be game over for this Queen. I just want extra whip yall. There has been only one time in the past 3 months I've gotten actual extra whip. Bless that girl working that one evening.

3:44pm on 5/29/2024 sat in the drive thru for 15 mins no one answered drove to windows no one answered drove back around walked up to the doors they were locked and lights where out, they could've at less put a sign up that said they where closed... why they closed anyways looks like a new location and plenty of people keep pulling up to the location to eat but you can't no one is here.... smh....

We were turned away at the door at 9:12 pm, being told, "the lobby closes at 9:20ish and its to go only". The door and Google clearly state hours are til 10 pm. This was ridiculous.
So we go to DQ tonight @ 9 pm, mind you they don't close til 10!! We go in waiting on service to order she comes over and says they are not taking anymore orders cause they are short staffed and the Drive thru was backed up. I UNDERSTAND COMPLETELY BUT NOT MY PROBLEM!!! All we wanted was some ICE CREAM!!!

Awesome tacos & taco salad, always accommodate extra cheese unlike Taco Loco that charges outrageously for absolutely no cheese. Steak fingers are good too. Nice, friendly staff & great eats.
