I am a barista myself, and I am GenZ so I hardly ever complain or go so far as to write a review unless it’s just that bad. Firstly, one of the employees was in the middle of the another order but another employee insisted on taking my drink orders to get ahead or something? And they continued to do it with the person after me before I finished checking out. I asked for a hot peppermint mocha, and the employee seemed to have never heard of this before as I’m looking at its feature on the menu board above our heads. She asked me if I wanted a peppermint mocha matcha. I said no, I wanted a peppermint mocha, and so she was like oh, so a latte- which is not a mocha but I just said yes so I’d get the espresso. She didn’t put any whip or the other toppings on, and told the cashier it was a hot cocoa. Again, I asked if it was a mocha with espresso. Finally, the cashier begins flipping through a book struggling to find the right barcode to charge me, and then lo and behold they don’t take tap pay. Only Walmart pay or card- to be fair, that’s on me for assuming and not having an actual card, but it really was the last straw that broke the camels back. I huffed and puffed and said, “oh my god, never-mind then.” And just walked out without my drinks. It was a mess, and yet another reason I never go to Dunkin unless I’m desperate. This was at 8:30 or so, Sunday morning, November 16th.

The owner of this Dunkin location does not honor veterans! No free donuts for Veterans at this location. When Dunkin did it nationwide. Shame on whoever owns this Dunkin

Went to Dunkin’ for an iced coffee, but they had none brewed. My cup sat out melting, and when they offered something else, they used the same watered-down cup. Very disappointing for such a basic item.

Soo, I was craving the jelly munchkins since yesterday. I get 10 of them and they literally do not have that much jelly. And I know they usually have more because I have been to other Dunkins and they have a lot more jelly. The service was okay, they don’t have food here just donuts (just letting you know).

My first time and was I impressed line was long but the guy working was working fast and alone and got my order out quick. I felt bad I didn't know it was close to close but he helped me pick my drink and made sure to be friendly. Will be back for sure and hopes to try more donuts as the company seems to run low or the fact they were closed. This girl now likes dunkin.

They charge $0.28 per pump of sugar, of course don’t tell you that. So what usually is $4.00-$4.15 after tax anywhere in Garland, Dallas, or Rockwall, it’s going to be almost $6.00 (large iced coffee). That’s incredibly steep even in this economy.

Best you can, save your money, don’t come to this Dunkin. I’m certainly not coming back.

It’s 1:26 pm Oct. 14/24. I just came to ask if they have sugar free options. The lady and the front she was like what I don’t understand you. I speak English so I don’t know why she said that. I repeated it a couple times and I said louder and she starts laughing told her the other lady that she didn’t understand me. She was extra rude, with no manners. She shouldn’t work there because she has zero respect for the customers. I will never go back to this place that is in Kaufman Walmart.

Order pumpkin chai latte, ask if the drink was tea base. Employee said milk and I asked again if it was with tea. Shook his head yes. Gave me coffee.
Will not order again, going to Starbucks in the future.

The food is standard dunkin donuts. So it's good. Everything looked very neat and clean. The donuts in the display looked immaculate. We ordered single donuts and munchkin donuts. We didn't order drinks this time.

There were two people working that I could see. Both were sitting at a table when we walked up. No biggie at all. But I get so annoyed that people who work in a customer service atmosphere aren't friendly. At all. They didn't say anything at all. No hello. No thank you's. No goodbye. In fact, the cashier went back to her table before I even grabbed my items off the counter and the other woman slipped away before that at some point. Maybe they are both equally having a terrible say, who knows. Hope their day turns around.

I went in to get donuts and an iced chai latte. The donuts were delicious and the cashier was friendly! However, the person who made the iced chai latte did not make it well. It tastes like chai with coffee, milk, and water. Unfortunately, I had to throw it.

I went in today and waited for a few minutes while they helped the person I front of me. When they were done with him another woman walked up to the donut window and you immediately asked what they wanted. Like seriously why did they think I was standing there? To just stand and hold a milk? Thought that was pretty rude.
