If I could give 0 stars I would I went there got a kids meal cheeseburger and a bacon ultimate cheeseburger I bit into the sandwich and the buns were soggy and I mean disgustingly soggy I go to get a refund and the manager Maria tries to charge me for the milk from the kids meal my toddler drank instead of giving me my full refund I told her I would like my full refund for both meals she seemingly does it but balls up my copy of the receipt and tell me they don’t give customers receipts so she doesn’t give me my return receipt or my original receipt terrible customer service she was rude from the time I came in which makes me believe they gave me terrible food on purpose and that it’s a racial thing cuz I am a black woman terrible service period even the person who I paid with Marisol wasn’t too friendly who gives someone a soggy sandwich just disgusting I still haven’t received my refund and tried to call corporate but they were closed today probably because of the eclipse

Searched on the web for a fast food restaurant open and it appeared as still open but when pulling up to the drive thru, the lady said they were closed, I explained that I saw that it closed till 12 am and she said that they decided to close early today , which seem very odd to me. First and last time of coming here.

First time I have had Jack in the box in over 4 years The tacos were spotted on. Still probably be another 4 years before I go back cuz the indigestion killed me.

I WOULD ABSOLUTELY GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION...AND ALL OF THE OTHER EVIEWS HERE, SHOULD TELL YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW!!After ordering through the drive through, I drove up to the first window to pay. I handed the cashier exact change. The CASHIER dropped some of the money that was handed to her. Five cents, to be exact. I told her thank you and drove to the next window as my truck was to close to the building to assist her in getting the change that SHE dropped. She proceeded to come the second window, demanding the 5 cents that SHE dropped. I apologized and told her I was unable to grab it for her. She again, demanded the five cents be paid before my food would be given to me. Mind you, I work for the School district here in Kaufman and only have a 30 minute lunch break of which she wasted a good 10 minutes of, demanding the money that she had dropped in the first place and then proceeded to tell me that "Im going to need that 5 cents" I dug another 4 cents out of my cup holder (the only change I had) and told her that was all the cash I had. She was completely unprofessional and rude in telling me that the 4 cents would not suffice and that I needed to pay the whole 5 cents. I eventually told her to just take my debit card and run it for the remaining 5 cents because I was running out of time. Now, I'm not entirely sure which merchant service is used, but it typically cost an establishment about 30 cents to run a debit card which would completely defeat the purpose of collecting the 5 cents from my debit card. She ran it anyway, for the 5 CENTS!! I normally go out of my way to AVOID eating at this location because of the typical rude encounters I have at this establishment. This is the ONLY Jack in The Box that I EVER have these kind of issues at. I will not be back and I will be sharing my experience on social media platforms for others because after speaking with some of my co-workers, apparently I am not the only one that has this kind of experience there, more often than not, and it is completely uncalled for. I wish I would have gotten the girls name but I was so infuriated I didn't think about it at the time. When I finally got to sit down and eat my lunch, it was cold and stale...

I would give a better rating if I had received better customer service. I received my order hot and fast. However when I pulled up to the drive-thru window, all the employee flatly said was the amount of my total. I gave her my card, she took it in, handed it back to me and handed me my order and then closed the window the second it reached my hand, before I could even ask for ketchup. She didn't say one word or smile the whole time. For all I know she was having a bad day or just hates her job but either way if you work in customer service you shouldn't let that affect the way you interact with customers.

Greatly disappointed, grabbed 2 breakfast combos. Eating on the go my coworker ate Hera but as I was halfway through mine I notice the greenish color. Looks like they used expired product or not properly kept and got mold. My coworker is unsure if Hers was moldy too. Place has been going downhill. Food not as good anymore and apparently now it’s moldy

We went through the drive-thru and my daughter ordered a Munch meal and it didn't say that there was mustard on there we had left she had ate the fries and she had opened the burger and it was mustard on it didn't take a bite of it or anything we had went back up there we had I see Lady which I'm pretty sure she was the night manager which she's always very rude if we could just trade the top bun because that's all they muster was on and she said that couldn't do that and I said well my daughter does not eat mustard she does not like mustard at all and she asked for the receipt so we gave her the receipt she said well that burger comes with mustard and I said well my daughter doesn't eat mustard and she said well that burger comes with mustard so we leave I'll go around to the deal the speaker I look at the menu of course she comes over the speaker I said mail can you tell me where indicates that that burger comes with mustard she said it's in the ingredients I said okay but can you tell me where it indicates that and she goes it's always been on there I said but it doesn't show that I don't work there so nowhere does it show that no word to the person who took our order told us that it came with mustard they didn't offer the fix the burger nothing then offer any type of help to fix the burger so my daughter was out of burger cuz she would not she would not eat it after that so I ended up taking her to Whataburger to get her a different meal and good for Whataburger because I did an amazing job so Props to them but I wouldn't recommend Jack in the Box to anybody shame on Jack In The Box and I would fire that manager she was so rude and always is I wouldn't recommend her and her anywhere for customer service she didn't try to fix it then offer to fix it I don't care if that burger comes with mustard I have worked at McDonald's and it didn't matter if a burger came with things on it not everybody likes stuff on their burgers like that and some people are allergic to things so shame on her bad customer service and I hope Jack and the Box sees this and I hope they do something about it

I went up there last night and got my daughter a Munch meal and it came with a Texas Burger and I got the half curly fries half fries we did not know the Texas Burger came with mustard on it we took the burger back up there I don't know who that night manager is but she is always rude as can be every time we go up there I asked her if we could get another top Burger because of course the top bun had mustard all over it she said they couldn't do that she asked for the receipt we gave her the receipt she said that burger comes with mustard on it I told her we didn't know that and she said well this burger comes with mustard on it I said well my daughter doesn't like mustard and she said well this burger comes with mustard on it i said but my daughter doesn't like mustard and she said well the Texas Burger comes with mustard on it not once did she try to fix the burger she has just kept on telling us that that burger comes with mustard on it so I took the receipt back she didn't offer any help to fix anything so I drove around to the box to look at the menu to see if maybe we missed where it showed that there was mustard on the burger she came over the speaker and asked if she could help because she thought I was another customer and I said ma'am can you tell me where does it indicate that this burger comes with mustard on it she says it's in the ingredients I said ma'am but can you tell me where it indicates that where does it show that she goes it's in the ingredients it always has came with mustard on it I said but can you tell me where it shows that I don't work there we don't know what automatically comes on the burger and the woman that took our order never said that it came with mustard on it so of course we didn't know what sauce came on the burger we didn't know any sauce even came on the burger so I don't know why they couldn't just fix the burger my daughter didn't even take a bite out of it or anything it was an easy fix they could have easily just fix the burger or give us a bun like we asked for we just was asking for a new bun for the burger we wasn't even asking for a whole brand new burger we just needed some new buns for the burger but no she was just horribly rude didn't even try to fix it they need better customer service wasted money going up there I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if you want to go to this place and waste your money go ahead horrible people horrible service thankfully Whataburger save the night took her there got her food made her happy after she cried I mean some people just do not eat certain things and mustard is one thing that she does not like at all and I don't understand why this lady just couldn't have not fixed it for her shame on that lady and shame on Jack in the Box that's okay I've called corporate and and if they don't contact me back I will be calling them again I will be calling Jack in the Box in the morning and I will be talking to whoever the main manager is up there cuz this ain't over yet I'm not a happy mother I'm tired of that lady being so rude to people do better.

Usually stop by here to get curly fries and a drink before I run my weekly errands. Today Luis (not sure on spelling) served us, he was super friendly and helpful. The people in front of us were taking a while so he went a head and grabbed our food and drinks too! Love the curly fries when they're hot and crispy!
