Latham Bakery is one of my absolute favorites! They have been making our cakes for birthdays for a couple of years now and they are always perfect. Their cookies and brownies are absolutely delicious too and definitely a family favorite.
What I love is that they do not just make sweets, they also have plenty of healthy options. I tried the āChoose 2ā box recently and it was amazing, so fresh and flavorful. Even my kids enjoyed the salad which says a lot.
I am also so glad they extended their hours because now I can stop by after work. With such a wide variety of food, there is truly something for everyone. Highly recommend Latham Bakery for both sweet treats and healthy meals!

I am back again today for more goodness. I am getting the avacodo toast again since it was soooo good the last time I was here a few weeks ago. My wifenis getting the buffalo sandwich which is delicious. We are topping it off with an AWESOME roasted pobolono soup. Y'all have got to come eat at this place. Oh did I mention the scrumptious desserts and pastries they have. I am taking home a slice of heaven, lemon cake. It tastes just like my mom used to make. And yes I already had two bites before I even have my regular order. Come on and make this your next outing. You want regret it.

Nice relaxed atmosphere, tasty sweets, and good food. I had the roasted poblano soup that came with a nice chunk of really good bread perfect for dipping, a piece of carrot cake (exactly how I like it, full of raisins and nuts, so much better than the grocery store), and a delicious iced chai latte. Yum!

Just went in here today and the food was excellent but the customer service was horrendous. The cashier I donāt think smiled once and had me feeling like the biggest inconvenience. My daughter was saying how she wanted a watermelon tea but I did not ask for one but was charged and gave one anyway. We got our food and I had ordered a slice of cake and didnāt get it so went back up where a lady was counting down one of the drawers I smiled and was waiting I got a huff and asked what she could help me with. I let her know and I got treated like I was the biggest inconvenience. My family will not be going back. My order was also wrong but we just went with it as I wasnāt about to inconvenience anyone else.

Last Thursday I brought my grandma here for lunch. The sandwiches were crazy large but still reasonable priced. We could have definitely shared one but she was happy to dinner to take home. California Club was the best Iāve had in quite sometime.
When I was there, I was found out that they bake custom cakes and Iāve professionally baked custom cakes in my past so Iām super picky and not always easy to please. However, the cookies in the bakery tasted better than Tiffās Treats so I figured I had nothing to lose here! So I saved myself some time and ordered a birthday cookie cake we needed for a kids party this weekend. Our 12 year old had all of the designs and I managed to combine them all into one (see posted pics). When she and everyone else saw the cake, they were so excited! No one wanted to cut into it because it looked SO great!!! Whoever baked the cake there-I canāt thank you enough for exceeding my expectations. The flavor was out of this world!
If you or anyone you know needs a custom cake baked or just want to fulfill your sweet tooth-Latham Bakery is the place to go! Also, they were so kind, professional and eager to please. I never heard the words no or we canāt do that. They went above and beyond. We canāt wait to go back for lunch and a sweet treat!
I ordered a smashed bean chicken bowl with chicken and got an artichoke sandwich with red onions. No chicken. The red onions were so hot, I only ate part if the sandwich. My husband got chicken Caesar salad and it was swimming in dressing so strong he couldn't eat it

This is my second visit just this week, and I swear ā this is the best little spot in Kaufman. The food here brings you back to life! Everything is seasoned perfectly and is made with real quality ingredients. It's honestly hard not to come every single day.
As you can see, we enjoyed every last crumb. Everyone I've brought with me has said the same thing ā top notch all around. If you havenāt tried it yet, youāre seriously missing out!
