We order online. Once we get there we walk in and they say no orders for 30 mintues. Then we picked up order and drive 30 mintues home to find they messed up the order I tried to call and there was no answer.

I order 4 pizzas on Valentine's the lady at register said it will be about 15 minutes I said ok40 minutes later they brought my order I checked it and it was not correct if a manager came to me I don't know because the two people I talked to never told me who they were a man and a lady they said they would remake the order one was no cheese lactose intolerant.I said no way it took 40 minutes I can't wait another 40 min so I got my $42 refund and went to Julio's fried chicken and spent it there . I will not go back to this store again. For your lack of concern all I have to say is you want to go here check your order while in this storeDietary restrictions: They don't pay attention to what the front puts on the ticket this could cause someone a problem with ractions

If there was a way to leave 0 stars on service I would. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When she finally came to the window she didn't even ask to take my order she just barked it was going to be a while another 15 to 20 minutes. The lady wasn't apologetic for making me wait, she was just doing anything she could to make me leave without ordering. I tried to call to report to management, but Noone answers the phone.

Everything I wanted was hot and ready.Good to go.Never tried their Cheesy Bread. Love it.Parking: In front, 2 handicapped and other spots very close . It has several other stores and shops. So parkings a plenty.Wheelchair accessibility: Right at the front door. Perfect
I was charged for 7 pizzas, they only gave me 5. Asked for 3 pepperoni, 1 cheese, and 5 meats with light sauce. The 5 meats didn’t have light sauce and we didn’t even get the cheese it was all the rest pepperoni. I called and was told they would give us the 5 free pizzas. To right the wrong. I called today and was told they didn’t remember and I would have to call back tomorrow morning to talk to the manager.

Do not work here the Manager are rude I kept to myself and just do my job and after working 4 days they let me go told me I was slow they also have rats in there so watch what you eat and then they don’t give you your check so I called and jay was very rude to me yes I called corporate when I ask her about my check yelling at me on the phone I will be calling corporate on Monday that girl don’t know how to be manager y’all need a new one get rid of her
