Food is generally good for being McDonalds. Don’t order on the app unless you want to wait 30+ minutes. What’s the point of ordering on the app if you have to wait so long to get your food?

Heidi is so rude. Talking under her breath and calling customers liars. I was eating in the restaurant and saw two instances of her causing issues and the managers did nothing when confronted. Pathetic.

TERRIBLE service. girls on night shift would rather TALK than get orders out. I always hear the main manager being rude to the employees, I consistently wait 25+ minutes for my food, ALWAYS understaffed, and all the work ends up falling on one or 2 people. No WONDER this McDonald’s has a 3.4 star rating, and no WONDER there’s always new employees every 3 months. I wouldn’t eat here again if I had free food for LIFE

It's pretty sorry that my son put in an application, got an interview, and showed up for his scheduled interview only to be told by the Mgr on duty they wasn't hiring. 5 minutes later while we were finishing our ice creams we ordered, a young Hispanic female comes in gets application, gets interviewed while filing out the application, and is hired within 5 minutes of interview. We clearly heard her tell the also Hispanic female Mgr she had no food service experience. My son has 3 yrs experience in all areas of food service. So much for them being an E.O.E. huh.

This was my first time having an issue with this place. I had bad customer service before, but I've never had food issues. Especially when I find a long nail at the bottom of my iced coffee. I am very upset and this is very disgusting. The food industry should not have employees with long nails due to bacterial growth under the nails and especially press ons that may fall off in food or drinks, like it did with my drink. If they do, they need gloves.
