Got moderate food poisoning from their orange chicken on 11/13/24 at night. Woke up the next morning and suffered for 12 hours. I didn’t eat anything else that day so I know for certain it was from here. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Was denied a refund after requesting. Was told to pull around and wait when no cars behind in drive thru. Sandra was not customer service oriented and refused to refund the money I had paid thru the app so beware. I asked how to get a refund and crickets. Won't be going back. This is still a small town, they keep treating customers poorly it will affect their business eventually. Whenever you order on the app they act like you're a pest for going through the drive through. Well toodles Panda Express I won't be a pest again.

The food is not bad I like being able to choose more than what they offer for what they do offer it's actually pretty well done
Parking: Finding the parking spot is really hard to find you have to go behind Denny's and go around the back area but there's plenty of spots to park
Kid-friendliness: I have seen other kids in there and they seem to be very nice to my kids they do speak very nice to any patron that is in there
Wheelchair accessibility: As far as I can tell you should be able to get a wheelchair and there are handicap spaces outside and inside so you should be okay to get in

The food was awesome, tho it took me a little bit to get to it. Because the door weighs more than me? I thought they were closed, turns out I just needed a little more muscle. And I want the only one... but beside that, the food was awesome, the people were awesome, and they give you enough to keep you coming back for more.
I have never not had to wait for my order. They are always out of 4 or 5 of the most popular entrees. This store is not consistant with recipes.
