Sat waiting in a stall for 15 min no one ever came the drive through girl was have a convo with a friend outside the whole time went through drive through instead and waited another 10 min to order. Took 8 min for some one to come to the window to take my money. The parking lot had no cars at the stalls and no one in drive through except cars behind me!

The service was AWFUL. I came here after a hard day of work. I was tired and sick of the world around me and I was just expecting a nice little meal before I came home. The level of service was one I would expect in a third world country. I was treated horribly. They laughed the whole time they took my order. HOW can you call yourself a server when you do that. Then it took THIRTY MINUTES of my life. The food was ok.

Ordered a strawberry shake, and it had something black in it. The worker claimed it might be a strawberry leaf but it is not friable like a leaf. Feels and looks like plastic and he didn't seem to care. Definitely not going back to this location. Didn't even bother to make a new one or refund.

Great service all around. All of the employees are very kind and good at their jobs. Sometimes the wait might be a bit longer than usual, but that honestly doesn't change anything. Food here is good, personally never had a negative experience with it. Best part is it's right next to the Brookshire gas station in case you're low on gas.

This sonic did not respect happy hour time and charge full price could hear them in the background laughing when I ask why charged full price they said they did not have happy hour as I go often to sonic I know my prices and happy hour time needs new management if can not respect customers loyalty

Please let your customers order and stop asking them after each item anything else. I asked the operator to please let me order and she deleted my order and cut me off the speaker. Terrible customer service.

Thankfully I asked for the manager and she finished my order. Stop hiring kids if they don't want to work!!

Friendly staff, but, that’s where the stars end. Not the Sonic for food. Drinks, yes! But sorry guys, it’s well-known by the locals, this is not the Sonic to get food. Ours today, desperate for something to eat, order delivered was wrong… but handled quickly and politely. But both burgers were just ok, reminded me of the soy burgers from grade school… which is not good. Nothing compared to our local Sonic which always delivers fresh delicious burgers. Even our tots today were ‘old’ tasting and not hot. C’mon guys.

I’m happy to add to the chronicles of Kaufman Sonic. Yesterday my wife and I took the kids to get ice cream. We waited almost a full hour for a single shake, and 2 kids ice cream. Brought them to us thoroughly melted, one with a coke lid smashed down so it was dripping all down the sides into my wife’s car, and not the correct shake.
It’s like a joke. A well written joke. Why does your staff all have an attitude? Like they’re so displeased to have to do their job?
If the service and quality is this poor, I’m realizing we should start questioning the cleanliness as well. No way you can convince me these people that are incapable of getting a full order correct and always with a poor attitude, are the same ones cleaning anything the way it should be.

Went to this location our food was incorrect, we called them later telling them that our food was incorrect and they said that they would give us a free meal. Went back to get the free meal and they said they can’t give us free food. Also, they have, a kid working there can’t be older than 10 years old Taking people their food
