I’m gonna keep this short and simple… Do not order a Berry Trio Parfait unless you really want to be disappointed. Granola was already soggy and in a big clump once I opened the cup, and yogurt was super sour to the point I could not eat it. Awful..

I come to this location every so often and ask for light ice. I feel like every time I end up down the street my drink is almost gone and I have a cup full of ice left!! I didn’t pay for ice which is why I ask for light ice in my drinks. Not trying to be unreasonable but the prices we pay for these drinks are ridiculous and I shouldn’t have a half cup full of ice and 1/3 drink in my cup. Great service every time but never get my drinks the way I like here sadly. :(

It is hit or miss getting the coffee right. I haven't been going because of that reason, but I love the creme Brule. Today I ordered my coffee and get back to work and it is only about 3/4 of a cup.

I’ve gone to this establishment before and I haven’t had an issue but with time the customer service is becoming worse. I order pick up to the store and they make it seem as if it’s a hassle for me to ask for the rest of my order after waiting for a while of waiting and it’s not even my drinks, I get my drinks but it’s always the food items. I’m no longer going here as they even gave me the wrong items that I didn’t order, they just kinda gave me something so I could just leave. I see that they only have 2 girls there’s but there needs to be a better system in place or something.

This Starbucks usually has the sweetest people working! The girl at the drive through window was super rude and gave me the wrong drinks! I told her that they were not correct and she clearly got upset! Should couldn’t multitask at all! Tried paying with cash and card she said she couldn’t do that! Super rude I’ll go to Terrell from now on!

Very poor customer service. The baristas forget to ask me my name, then don’t call me when my coffee is made. The baristas don’t even make my coffee correctly half the time unless I walk in and order my coffee. But at least they force a smile and say hi when I walk in, hence the 1 star.

I just purchased a beverage this morning and encountered the rudest person ever. I got to the window and gave my money. The person made a mistake and refused to give me the correct change. When I called her out on it, she became very rude, which caused me to become very upset. This was unacceptable and I will NEVER go to that location again. I doubt anyone cares, but I do. I didn't even get an apology. Very rude!!!

I’d rather just make my coffee at home. I asked for a warm latte and I was given a piping hot drink. When I asked the person handing me my drink if it was warm I was told “I don’t know I don’t make the drinks”.
