I ordered a grande strawberry açai with refresher in a Venti cup hoping that there would be space to add My energy drink in it. The barista handed me a Venti cup full to the top with extra water, making my drink watered down. when I explained to her that I just wanted a grande strawberry açai refresher in a Venti cup with the extra space ,she proceeds to tell me that it’s just extra ice that they added, but if it was extra ice, then the cup would be full with ice But it wasn’t it had water all the way up to the rim . so when I told her if she could’ve just leave the space so I could add my drink She ends up, just throwing out some of my drink, leaving it diluted in water. I paid for a full drink. I’m not understanding why they had to add extra water to it. I used to work at Starbucks and when someone asked for a smaller drink in a bigger cup, we would just leave the space. I’m very disappointed in the Situation because I come to the Starbucks very often since I live down the street.

I enjoy Starbucks especially in warm weather when I can get the cold drinks. I will say there has been a discrepancy in how some of the frapps are made. It seems different people make them different ways so there is definitely a lack of consistency and uniformity in making some of there drinks but they taste good and service is good.

5 people working but none could take my order. I stood there for 5 mins and all someone said was “we will be right with you” but no one did. Ended up just leaving

I don't normally add comments to Starbucks reviews, cuz nothing ever really sticks out during a visit. And since this is my local Starbucks I have reviewed it in the past. However, yesterday's visit did receive phenomenal customer service from a young lady, I think her name was Stormy.
And on a side note... If you're ever getting black, regular coffee, always get it in the house mugs, it's so much better.

GHIG Boss

Do not get brewed coffee. This is the second place I've been to that has the grinder and it auto makes the coffee. But it's so weak it tastes like flavored water. It's gross and do not recommend.

Ordered a Carmal Frap and asked for extra whip cream. They put barely any whip and covered it in Carmel. Figured they got confused so went in and asked them again and they still covered it in Carmel. Now stuck with an expensive drink I can not drink. So much Carmel it covers the entire bottom of the cup. I just wanted it how it’s made. Why can’t they do that? Too much Carmel makes it unbareablely sweet and undrinkable

Abominable experience. We went through the drive thru and a worker said he was working the location alone (there were multiple people lol). My friend had ordered a sandwich without cheese because she can’t eat it. They put it on the receipt and everything but still gave her the sandwich with cheese. We thought, no big deal we’ll go in and let them know. When my friend brought in the sandwich with the receipt, one of the workers TOOK A BITE OUT OF IT, saying “well if you’re not gonna eat it”. JUST WILD WE WERE GAGGED but at least she got a new sandwich

I was standing by the cash register to order all employees ignored me for 10 minutes like I was invisible. Besides that the food and drink were good and the interior was very nice inside
