Service is slow but they get the order correct. Cluttered with old tables and construction items.

teenagers working the line were very rude. tall hispanic male has no customer service skills at all and i felt rushed during me entire visit
Stop fluffing your online order completion times to appease corporate/franchise owner. The order system is in place for a reason. Why tell me it's complete and ready for pickup, if I have to sit and wait in store for it to be completed in front of me for 10+ minutes? I'd like to call and verify my order for next time, but the phone has never been answered, so why try?

I just paid $17 for one sandwich and a drink. Nothing matched actual prices. When I asked about it, the teenagers were rude and said there is nothing they can do.
I have called repeatedly with no response. I will never buy from them again. How can you charge $17 for a sandwich and insult the person buying it?
I want to speak to management. Oh... but no one will answer a phone.

Exceptional Service from Anne - A True Credit to Subway!
I just had to leave a review after my recent visit. I was served by an employee named Anne, and she deserves all the praise in the world.
Anne handled my order with incredible speed and care. The Sub she made was absolutely perfect—everything was fresh, neat, and prepared exactly as I asked. She has a real eye for quality, and it made for one of the best Subway meals I've had in a long time.
What really stood out, though, was Anne's resilience and work ethic. She was essentially running the whole show herself. Her coworker, Ray, spent the entire time I was there sitting around, completely ignoring the line of customers and Anne's struggle to keep up. It was appalling to watch Ray waste company hours and offer zero support to Anne.
It's clear that employees like Ray are an awful reflection on the brand and actively hurt the image of this location. However, Anne's incredible hard work, dedication, and the quality of the food she produces are what saved the day and will bring me back.
Subway management needs to recognize and reward Anne for her stellar performance and address the major issue with Ray's laziness. Thank you, Anne, for a great experience despite the challenges you faced!
I hope Anne gets the recognition she deserves!

If I could give negative stars I would. Put in an online order. Said it was ready. Went to pick it up. Their oven was broke so my sandwich was t able to be toasted and the chicken was able to be warmed up. They also had no meatballs (we ordered 2 sandwiches). Neither we were able to get.
On top of that, they told us to go through the app and cancel the order. There was nowhere on there to cancel. Tried calling the store and no one answered. Of course, they closed 20 min later so no food was provided and no money back. Pissed.

I’ve been to this restaurant twice. First time, it was closed early and the second time my food was made incorrectly and there was mold coming out of the ice machine. If any owner reads this comment, I do have my Food Serve Safe and Alcohol Serve Safe. I’ve also been a Food Manager for Buffalo Wild Wings so I know if there is mold in the ice machine then the prep stations and other departments are not clean as well .I’d love to be hired on to ONLY clean the establishment up to par for full time. Be a shame to have to call the Health Department.

Came on a Friday at 8:15 they had the doors locked, went in again just now got a drink and their ice machine is spitting out mold with the ice. then got home to THIS, I ordered online for pickup, they skimmed my sandwich.
Would be a fantastic place to go get a sandwich you and your family have been eating for years and are so excited to enjoy after a long day of work… if they didn’t like to close almost half an hour early and look you in the eye as you’re LITERALLY LOOKING AT their counter with visible supplies STILL OUT… and saying “nah we’re closed, I’m so sorry 🤪🥺” Really not cool.

Don't try to call them because they don't have a working # and don't try to pick up a to go order early that you ordered through app because they can't do that! Wanted me to wait an hour for the order to come through before they would make. I had order # and proof on app that I had ordered, but they didn't seem to be interested in assisting a customer at all. Sad to lose future business over an $8 sandwich order!

Ordered online, no specific instructions outside of app. $28+ for 2 foot-longs and 3 cookies. The Beast did NOT have Ranch because he hates ranch. His was smothered in Ranch Sauce. My sandwich was smothered in ranch and onions although I requested “less” on both! Our bread is sopped in ranch. We can’t taste anything on our sandwich except Ranch! This has been our favorite until today. They will never answer the phone and so I hope someone sees this.
