My online order: turkey footlong (no tomato or lettuce or anything) only extra mayo, toasted, 2 chocolate chip cookies, and a coke.

What I got: turkey footlong that was flattened for some reason, NO mayo, not toasted, 1 cookie because the other ones were fresh out the oven and she didnt want it to break but didnt offer a different kind either. I noticed the missing cookie while i was still there and asked for a fresh one but i didnt open the sub until I got home.

She said "I gotta say that was the easiest order ever"... i mean... it was supposed to be but somehow it was still wrong lol. Nice girl but she needs a little supervision.

Came in today 10/19 at 4:35pm. We noticed younger woman and an elder lady working. Didnt even acknowledge us as we came in. We waited to be acknowledged for about 6 minutes not once did they acknowledge….. just acted like we were ghost. We left after we got tired of waiting. Won’t be returning to this subway.

This is the most worst subway I’ve ever walked into! Customer service sucks! Workers there are lazy we ordered a steak sandwich the steak was cold! Who the hell puts cold steak on their sandwich???? When we took it back they would not make the correct sandwich! They DO NOT answer the phone they just let it ring and watch as it rings i know I was outside while my husband was inside trying to get them to replace his cold sandwich! I will NEVER go back to this subway! Joshua subway would have replaced that sandwich in a heartbeat! Y’all need to check your workers! And on top of that they tried to call their “manager” and they did not answer! Great managing there! Save your time and money! Do not eat here! It’s a joke they don’t care about you or your family they’re rude and lazy!

Trash. Ordered a steak and cheese sub online Not toasted I got home and the meat(steak) was ice cold. Just because I don’t want my bread toasted doesn’t mean I want cold meat. Every time I go to any subway in person I don’t have to tell the person to heat the meat. They do it automatically. To top it off I took it back and got nothing but attitude from the little girls working and they absolutely refused to remake my sandwich and proceeded to just cuss at me and argue the entire time. I will never go to this crap hole again

They said they couldn’t open more onions whenever there was basically tiny pieces of onions left that equivalent to three normal pieces. They close at 10, so I know they will be putting more out which is ridiculous. She didn’t want to do her job, and on top of that, it didn’t taste fresh. Won’t come here again.

Staff did not greet customers, they instead were making online orders and completely ignoring customers standing in front of them. Mind you, we were the ONLY CUSTOMERS, actually trying to order in person! After waiting ten minutes, we just left! Will never return while those workers were there!

I placed an online order, it said I paid but it never showed up in my orders so I tried calling twice, the first time I stayed on the phone with it ringing for 2-3 minutes hung up and then called again.. waited 1-2 minutes before going to the store. When I got there I saw a worker just sitting at the table on their phone and they just looked at me and went back on their phone till another worker came out and that’s when I was told they haven’t received my order yet.. that I tried calling twice, the worker tried to say they were really busy 5 minutes ago.. the worker ended up making made my food after I showed that I paid for it.. while the other worker stayed on their phone. The worker didn’t put a lot of meat or vegetables.. I had to ask them to put more ..

I have never seen so much disrespect for a worker in my life.one dose ALL The work while the other one is on her phone texting and watching tic tok and going outside and in the bathroom ever time you turn around .its called team work not play time.help instead of play.I think the one doing all the work needs a rase in my opinion

Tonight at 8:30 I ordered a number #17 roast beef garlic and double the meat I paid $3.20 for extra meat I didn't even get that on my sub I fault like I was eating just vegetables and it wasn't even toasted when I asked for it to be I also ordered a chicken bacon and ranch wasn't even

My wife and I came inside the store today from ordering on line our orders were wrong we asked that they remake our order and was told that we could not get a remake we then asked for a refund and was told that we could not get a refund so we then Called the police and the store workers had restraining oders put out on my wife and I. We will be uploading a video to coporate and social media as to how we were treated.
